in the shortcuts menu the milage tracker option has vanished, I can get to it through the full menu but its a pain in the ****. how can I get it added back to the shortcuts?
i have no support options in the app. only “ask the community”.
We use the connector app to sync our sales and transaction fees from Shopify to QBO. How do I match the bank deposits from Shopify with both the synced sale and the synced transaction fees. If I add the fee to balance the matched transaction I end up doubling the "transaction fee" .
Hi, I've been having an issue for a while trying to upload my MileIQ files to quickbooks, I've been through agents on quickbooks and mileiq and still not much help. So I get my monthly report of my tracked miles through MileIQ which is sent as a XLS file then I have to convert it to CSV for Quickbooks which doesn't upload and I get the https://uk.selfemployed.intuit.com/secure/mileIq/import: 400 OK errorthen I got sent a format from the Quickbooks agent which uploads successfully but doesn't include any of my destinations and when I try to add different dates for my different monthly reports it removes half of them as duplicates.I tried speaking to MileIQ to see if they can send me a straight CSV format for Quickbooks but apparently that is only available to US customers. So I'm pretty stuck on what I can do here any advice would be appreciated. Cheers
My integration with zettle works very well except my bank payments do not match as the original invoice from them comes through without the zettle fees. The fees are sent to an expense account.I have a coffee shop with hundreds of transactions a day and cannot make this work.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know this can be done via a browser but it would be far more useful to be able to log time via the mobile app whilst in the field - especially when that can be multiple jobs and sites in a day.
Hello,I am using Shopify as my POS for my bricks and mortar shop. Figured out how to transfer my sales from Shopify onto QB using the sync thingy. However, I have noticed that one transaction is showing the full amount, part of that transaction was refunded to the customer. The order in Shopify shows the refund, but the sales transaction in QB shows the full amount. Do I need to add the refund to QB manually? Or am I looking in the wrong place? Thanks in advance.
Hello everyone, Would really appreciate your thoughts on the best solution to handling supplier invoices automatically.We're currently using Dext (which was receipt bank) but it looks like they are putting their prices up again. Years ago, I tried the built in function on QBO but it didn't work too well at the time. Xero comes with Hubdoc and that works well when I've used it and doesn't require a second subscription. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks, Bill

Hi to everyone,I'm contacting you because I'm experiencing some issues to include the standard "Message to customers" in the invoices imported from the app "Woocommerce by Intuitor".In the invoices generated directly from QuickBook the "Message to customers" appear but in the invoices imported from Woocommerce unfortunately no. I tried also to add an "Order Note" but also in this way the "Message to customer" is empty. Can someone suggest me how to fix this? How can I add automatically a "Message to customers" also to the invoice imported from Woo? Is boiring, each time, open the invoice and add these informations by hand.Thanks to everyone! 🙂
