I recently noticed that the user function has changed and what they now have access to is much broader than I have given permission for originally.I have users that are "Standard Limited - CUSTOMER only" , however I have noted that they now have access to FULL Management Reports for my business, so they have access to many high level reports and numbers, Vat reports, Company Overview, expenses. This is not acceptable....I have not given permission for this information to be available and I do not want it to be made available. This is a breach of data as I have not given permission for this access that Quick books have given. This is outside of the remit of these staff members.Please urgently advise how this will be fixed as the permissions do not allow for me to remove this currently.Regards.
I had installed QBO on my phone but had to delete and reinstall it. But I am unable to log baxck into the app.again. I get the error message Unable to Sign In. Access has been denied for this operation.I have installed the app on my wifes phone and can get acess but not on my phone.I have uninstalled the app on may occasions.I have rebooted the phone with an without the app installed.The details I have used to log in to the app allow me to log in to the web version but not the app on my phone.I have spoke to Customer Services but was told that they are not trained on the app and were unable to help.Any ideas how to resolve please?

I can accept quickbooks on my momzo app but when it sends me back it asks which account I want to connect and my monzo account is there but dosnt let me click it to connect and there's no other options but to go back and start again
I really could do with some help and advice. This problem never seems to go away. Not all my clients receive my invoices - they don't even go to spam folders. I have done all the checks recommended by QB and have also had an IT expert check my settings etc. I am at a loss. It is getting frustrating and I am considering just downloading all my invoices and sending via my own email platform - which is what I have to do to get paid by about half of my clients anyway. In the past I raised a Helpdesk ticket with QB and they said it was sorted. No - not at all. If none of my clients were receiving the invoices then it would be relatively straightforward but it's some of them and I believe them when they say it's going not going to spam. Any useful advice would be gratefully received. I really don't want to change from using QB as I have tried other software in the past and it wasn't as good despite this problem. Thanks, Anne
I use the app no problem on my Android. Maybe I can only access my account on one device at a tine. But I see no option to unlink my Android.

Hi I have chosen the option to add an accountant to my profile so they can access my accounts. I have sent them the link but they have said it won't allow them access. Has anyone else had this issue? Colette
Hi,I'm a bit puzzled at the moment as I have read articles saying that there is no current ability for read only access, but then in the same post, there is a reply saying that custom roles CAN be created with specific permissions.I have created a new role but I cannot see anywhere here that allows me to edit the permissions. There are no links to edit and nothing is clickable. I tried to save it in case the role needed to exist first but it will not let me save it as it says no permissions have been created.I have also tried to edit an existing user with a predefined role but this is the same and it doesn't give any button or link to be able to change anything, only the button on the bottom that says save changes.I have also noticed that when the permissions load, it shows the area and a summary. I have to click three times to expand the list of permissions, once which collapses the description, again that brings the description back and then finally to show the list
