I do the books for two separate companies paying separate subscriptions but under 1 ID and password. As I shall no longer being doing the accounts for one of the companies I want to move it out of that ID and into a separate one so that I can hand over the books to a new bookkeeper.I can't see how I can do it anywhere. Can someone help?
My client has updated his invoicing email address and I want to change it now so I don't forget when I next send an invoice. How do I change his email address so that it saves? I assume it's stored somewhere because of the autofill feature when creating a new invoice? Thanks!
She has sent me a screenshot of her Quickbooks & it looks like she's on the Accountant version.
Ive just been hit with an unfair price increase too. They have added £6 extra per month for payroll that I dont even use. When I asked I was told its part of the package and I cannot remove it. Its quite an increase for something I dont use or want.
