Please can someone help me to convert existing qb2002 pro companies file to qb2019 accountants in order to have my customer transaction history.
How do we transfer a QB Online account to a new accountant?We paid the previous accountant for QB (wholesale discount I think) and will do the same with the new accountant. The old accountant is Master Admin.
Currently using uk windows desktop with no utilities option to convert to Mac
I am no longer doing payroll through quickbooks and this has been for the last month. However, I'm still getting billed. I need to stop this ASAP. Please advise on how to do this. Thanks. Octavio

I've subscribed to your product through itunes but find I can't use the app. It says my free trial has expired then prompts me to choose a package. I select the one QBSE option, then a popup on my phone tells me I'm subscribed already to the chosen product, until the beginning of May.I've tried going through the Desktop version of Quickbooks , but can't get past putting my number in to receive a download link for the app that i already have. Going around in circles. have tried un/re - installing the app.Please can you help?
