Hi, we are using QB in remote desktop environment and we are facing trouble to manage date format in remote desktop environment so is there any way to resolve this issue or we can manage these thing qb or not? Razee Khan
I tried signing up to Quickbooks self employed and I accidentally signed up twice. My computer froze on my first attempt, I closed the webpage. Tried for second attempt and it worked, but got billed twice. The email confirming my payment has 2 different company id ending but when I sign into my account, there is just one company id and not two. What does this mean, do I need to delete subscription to not be billed twice in a months time?

I I just signed up for the 18 month free trial with quick books self employed and then when I was paying it my credit card, I realized there was a 1 dollar charge on my card and under my account it said that the next billing date was in one month. What is the $1.00 charge for?

i have quickbooks desktop 2017 with payroll. do i have to purchase the 2018 version for the ontario taxes? i was on hold for an hour with no response, or am i good to keep using payroll with the tax table i currently have?
I currently have Quickbooks Desktop Premier Contractor Edition 2017 with Payroll Subscription. I cannot update my Payroll Tax Table within my current Quickbooks edition, as it needs Quickbooks 2018. HOW do I upgrade? I downloaded the 2018 version, entered my product number and license number, but it will not accept. I refuse to believe there isn't an easier way to handle this other than buying a whole new subscription....
