I tried running TurboTax 2022 and it won't read my QB Desktop 2019 file and I have no option to get the data from QuickBooks Online.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with Intuit, I have been a customer for over 20 years with their accounting software and this is by far the worst they have done yet. Here is the situation: I have a business and my personal is separate, like most business owners, I hired my company to do a study for me personally. When it was done my book keeper billed me on an invoice for the study. I then paid that invoice with my personal credit card. Intuit in their great wisdom, deemed my payment as a self funding between myself and my company. They sent me an inquiry on 2/28, which I responded to within 15 minutes explaining the situation. I have called them every day since then and still have no response. They have since turned off my access to the merchant services portal, leaving me with no choice but to call every single day to get told its still in review. Its been 7 days now and they are still sitting on my 50k in funds. 
I have 3 companies set up as Classes. When I consolidate they show the correct credit card liability. But when I try to run sperate balance sheets, I only see the amount paid on the credit card. Not the expenses to it. Making my credit card liability a large credit to that account.
How do I allow a user permissions to Delete Customer and Customer Jobs. I tried adding the following permissions to end user.Lists > Customer & Vendor Profile Lists > Customer Type ListLists > Customer & Vendor Profile Lists > Job Type List That did not work. Please, advise

I mistakenly created an investment account as a bank account. When I try to change it, I get this message: Something’s not quite rightThis account is being used on a Check, Deposit, Payment or other transaction where an account of type 'Cash' or 'Undeposited Funds' is required. You must locate and change those transactions to use a different Cash account before you can change the Account Type of this account. To find the transactions using an Account, run an Account QuickReport, or use the Account Register. I have no idea what that means. If I run the QuickReport it does not show me the account type. How can I tell if a transaction is type Cash or Undepositied Funds? Its seems like this is going to be a horrible mess. All the accounts are reconciled. Do I have to delete everything and start over? In Quickbooks Desktop, there were both a summary and a detailed report for Profit and Loss, but in Quickbooks Online, I only see an option for a Summary report. I know that I can click on the total to get the transactions that make up that total, but how do I export this information in a single file for all categories? Thanks!

I am unable to edit or cutomize a year end report
Some of my files were corrupted when I upgraded to Quickbooks 2016 for Mac. Data Services fixed the files but added an administrator password before accessing the files. The password that they provided worked last month, but now I cannot login.
