If a check is written to buy a depreciable asset, can you tag it and then create a report to list it?
Hi, I am an admin in Quickbooks Online and made another person an admin as well. However, when they try to create an account, they get a totally different New Account UI. When they are creating an account that is a subaccount of another account, sometimes it will not let them create when they try to select an account that the new account should be under, it will not let them select a parent account. When they click on the parent account, it goes back to nothing being selected. My view: His view that doesn't work sometimes: Why is that? What can we do to make his view like mine or make it work properly? Thanks.

We normally use batch transaction or multiple invoices features in creating invoices but we can't access now the multiple invoices now in sales manager roles.

I have a demolition company that has been operating and using Qbooks for many years. A few years ago - we opened up another location - but continued to use the same bank account and qbooks file for all the transactions. Now - I would at least like to continue using one file and one bank account - but be able to track income and expenses separately for each division.....
The report contains all other information, but I do not see the time stamps on each movement

Hello,I am in the process of exporting data from QuickBooks POS, and I've found that our hundreds of automatic discounts are not included in the inventory spreadsheet. I found the discount list in the price manager, but I'm unable to export or copy the information. Additionally, neither the inventory spreadsheet nor the discount list codes discounts to products unless I print an individual discount from the price manager. Is there a way to export the discount list as a CSV file in such a way as to tie discounts to products? Thank you!
