Can anyone transfer money from an external account like Bofa to Quickbooks? I always have to log into BOFA and send it via ACH... I wanted quickbooks to fetch the money from my bank.
We have old item receipts that are zero dollar value for customer-owned inventory. If we go under Enter Bills Against Inventory some vendors have 20 lines showing. How do I close these and not affect anything else?

The toggle to add a user to be able to email receipts is not showing up. The user is registered on QBO and is in an active status. How do I get the toggle to show up so I can turn on the users ability to email receipts.

I am trying to upgrade to 2024, but I have just been informed by QB that the account number we have been using for 7 years belongs to the previous owner of the company! We have had no problem paying every year for our subscription. So, they sent me to "Recover my account" link, but that asks for information about the previous owner! The old email, the old password, etc. He's dead! Now what!

I use the QB Payroll service. My downloaded bank transactions are not matching to my payroll checks or DD in For Review in many cases. I have tried the Find Other Matches option but the checks do not appear in that list. I have been manually adding the transactions but then the transaction is not matched to the valuable Split information (Deductions). Does anybody else have this issue? Why do only 2 Payroll Checks show up in the Find Other Matches list when I have run many more checks than that? I think that this must be the cause of the problem. I have looked into those 2 checks that are listed and I do not see any difference in how they were entered or categorized.

When I reconnected is indicated that transactions were being retrieved, but hours later I still see nothing.
I want to run a budget vs. actuals for 1/1/24 through 5/31/24 and include a separate column for actuals from 1/1/23 through 5/31/23. So the report columns would read: 2023 Actuals, 2024 Actuals, 2024 Budget, Over Budget. It seems like this should be straightforward but I cannot figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.
Where can I get REAL support from QuickBooks???
Our chorus nonprofit has acquired QB online. We have migrated all the data from QB desktop and everything looks good. My question is: to account for our members' monthly dues and other expenses we incur, should I enter them as "customers" so I can give them an invoice to pay? Our past treasurer put everything in spreadsheets and just used QB desktop to enter deposits. It seems we should be using QB to keep track of all of this (and this way I can also keep track of what members owe.)Thanks for any advice!!!
