I have a client who deals with cash only sales and has been using the bank feed function to record them. This is obviously giving an inaccurate picture of the accounts as it doesn't actually show what sales were made when only when they hit the bank account. My question is how do I rectify this? If I input the sales using control accounts as you would normally will this double enter everything or can I then reconcile/ link the transactions? Thanks in advance for any help
I tried using the trial version of Desktop Pro, however it said my file was from the Canadian version and could not be imported. I'm in the UK and bought QuickBooks Simple Start in the UK.I tried using the import service, on the advice of your help team, however that requires two licences and the subscription I have for QBO is for Simple Start which only has one licence. Is there any way I can import my data please?
Santander bank account not synching, keep getting 102 error
Hi, Can anyone help with this problem please? I'm having problems uploading account information from my Barclays Business account. It says its a Quickbooks QBO file but when I try to open it it says its a Quickbooks OFX data file, which I know is not compatible! See images below.... I have tried saving the file and then manually importing it but it has the same result. Any ideas anyone??
on desktop with quickbooks pro with 2 licenses and one machine is logged on but the other has been failing to log in. After shutting down and starting back up the login would work. now it fails and says password is incorrect
I have to keep reconnecting my Barclays bank feed to my Quickbooks account. I didn't have to do this whilst I was using Xero, and quite frankly, it's a pain to have to keep doing. Is there any way around this, please?
Hello, Stuck! I have recently signed up to a self employed online account. I have linked my bank and Paypal to quickbooks. My account shows in GBP but Paypal is USD ( already checked and default currency is GBP in paypal) I have called support, and they cant help as no one is trained in the Self Employed app apparently ? And I cant get an answer from the email support! Not a great start ! Any ideas anyone?
I have set up the required permissions via my online banking with my Bank, Nationwide BS but when I try to apply the consent in QB I keep getting...We didn’t catch that response. Let’s try again. This may be something on our end. Make sure you’re good and connected on yours. So each time I log in to QB, I have to go through the whole process of setting up permissions with my bank, which is becoming somewhat tedious!... I AM good... Over to you...
