Can I link my sum up account so all my transactions upload automatically?
Dear Community, I am using QBO. When I attempted to reconcile the bank, I noticed that, in the reconciliation section, not only payments and deposits are displayed but also accounts receivables. What could be causing customer invoices to appear in the bank reconciliation section? Please help. Thanks
how come the export/import formats are not same ???? its really stupid annoying and time consuming, and impossible to resolve as address fields are incompatible
Quickbooks posts each invoice payment separately when one payment was made from the bank. Is there a way to group together the payments?
Hi there, I wonder if anyone can help, I have been using quickbooks to log all my expenses and sales etc, and ran a report recently to see where I was at this year and it has come back with 'telephone' being one of my highest expenses of £1.6k. When I looked in to this further, I've reached 'telephone' and its ran a report, and lots of non expense items have been marked under my telephone bill, could I ask for help on how to correct this, and why it might be making this error, when I didn't categorise any of those as my telephone bill. I closed a business and therefore connected my bank accounts to my new business. I need to look at my old businesses bank transactions but the bank is no longer there.where else can I look
You have a help page on how to use Starling spaces and to treat them like a transaction to another account. However you do not detail how you can reconcile the bank account on Quickbooks to the bank statement because surely it is going to be different because Starling still treats the bank statement as the whole amount and in Quickbooks the spaces are in separate accounts?
Business account showing money out but then I've paid back in from personal account. How do i reconcile transaction ?
I can only see the option of importing bills and invoices and a new account but nothing for actual transactions under a specific account.
I had no issue doing this for the last 3 years now they have changed Quick Books again and not for the better
Hi.For the last two months or so my bank feed is missing random transactions, several each month. They are not all in batches but dotted throughout the month here and there.What might be causing this, please?

the bank - QB link expired and now trying to do an OCt 23 bank recon, but transactions not showing so added manually - sales on QB bank recon but not expenses. what can i do?
Link to bank now working for last 90 days but previously reconciled to 11th August 2022 so big gap. Can this be done for dates in between please. Been ill so not been able to use for some time. Thank you
