Is they a way of NOT using undeposited funds on a mobile device? My client doesn't download bank statements and everything defaults into the undeposited funds account so I have to manually move every receipt into the current account. The functionality of undeposited funds will double the time it will take me to do the bank reconciliation but at the moment I spending over an hour just moving transactions as well.
Hi, When I sync transactions to my back account, some of my outgoings are incorrectly classified as 'cheques' and not expenses. I never use cheques. I have tried to change this through the edit functions on the desktop online but it is not an option. The only workaround I have found is to open the transactions on my phone - on the mobile app it is very easy - when you open the transaction, there is the option to reclassify to expense or transfer, but this is clunky as I then need to go back to my computer to attach receipts etc. I have read all the things about this online and they just say to edit the expense, but on the desktop version there is no option for this to change to cheque to expense. I feel I am missing something very obvious - I can change the account it came from, the category the expense if classified as, but it remains as a 'cheque'
My QuickBooks Self Employed account has disconnected from my bank account, so cant view transactions. I have tried to reconnect but I can't get past the "we want to check your human" page?Can someone please help me.
How do I check the balance for my bank in Self Employed so I can make sure it agrees to my actual bank statement?
Quickbooks self employed has not updated from my paypal account for 5 days.No transactions imported.There is no request to renew my connection.From the account page in quickbooks, when i refresh the paypal account, looks like its connecting but then still says lasted updated 5 days agoNo error codes showing Any help welcome
