I'm in the process of moving from 1800Accountant to Quickbooks Online. Does anyone have any experience with moving the Chart of Accounts over? Doing it one item at a time is driving me insane.

I categorized it as an expense at field 27a, but there's a difference between field 27a and Part V where I list other expenses and this is not an expense, so there's a difference $0.10.
We just switched from the desktop version to Quickbooks Online, and all the transactions we have entered so far were entered manually under a bank account. We just linked our bank account for the first time, with the help of QB customer service, and they recommended setting up a new bank account for the linked bank information. The problem is, we need to reconcile a year's worth of transactions (due to staffing changes over the past year this has not been done), but I can't use the bank feed to reconcile transactions that were entered in manually under the other account.To reiterate, these are both transactions from the same bank account, but one has manual entries, and the other is linked to the bank feed. How do I merge these without losing information? And which is the best one to use as the primary?

I am trying to match deposits to invoices. Because of processing fees, the deposit doesn't match the invoice, and quickbooks in not giving me all the options to pick from in "suggested matches". For example, the invoice is for $50.00, the deposit is $47.50. The suggested matches are all under $50. I know there are more matches to choose from, but they will not show up. If I have an amount for $1000.00 there will be pages of matches to choose from. How can I see all possible matches, not just the "suggested matches"?

Sorry if this post appears twice, I cannot find the original post (if it made it). I have two credit cards with American Express. When I sync to download (Under Bank transactions) only one can be synced at a time. I have to then go log back in with the other account to get transactions with the other card. This was not a problem in the past.
