I’ve walked through all the trouble shooting. I’ve followed every instruction. I was told the issue would be investigated and was sent the same instructions that I’ve walked through multiple times. The issue has not been followed up with or resolved.
Hi, every time I try to reconnect my bank I get a message saying 400 something unexpected happened.It's never been an issue in the past it's just this time. Does anyone know a fix ? Cheers

I recently added a new credit card to my Chase account, which is already connected to QuickBooks Online for other credit card accounts. However, when I try to relink or update the connection, the new credit card does not appear as an option to connect, even though my existing Chase credit card accounts are visible and connected. I have verified that the new credit card is active, linked and accessible through Chase. How can I ensure the new credit card appears in QuickBooks so I can link it to my Chart of Accounts?
I received a refund from a vendor and created a vendor credit to reflect it.
eg. if there is a rec'd amount, it will pick the oldest invoice, even though there will be a payment entered with the correct payee and date. It drives me crazy! Thanks
Yesterday I started having trouble with new transactions showing up in QBO from Merrill. I called support and they had me disconnect the account from QBO. When I went to reconnect the account i got the following error message. "Something unexpected happened and we can’t connect to Merrill Lynch.Try again in a few hours. (3000)" I have 2 accounts with Merrill Lynch, a deposit account and a payment account. I would like to know when this will be fixed. I understand that I can manually get the information and upload it, but I am training someone and they will also need to know how to accept/match transactions.
After two months now I am getting error message 108 when I try to link to Lowe's. How can it take this long to fix a simple problem?
When trying to reconcile October 2024 in QB on line, entries that were cleared in 2023 just showed up as not cleared. Some were duplicates, some were not just all just showed up and not all the same type. Some were transfers, some payments, and some deposits in a date range from May 2023 to November 2024- just very weird.
Someone else set up our quickbooks desktop several years ago. I’ve been trying to figure out what’s wrong and how to fix it. We have a cash and cash equivalent account that matches to our bank balance. The other one is labeled checking account and it is in the negative. I’m afraid to merge them I’m afraid it’ll mess up our balance. Can I delete it or I’m about to do a new chart of accounts could I change it then? I’m confused how to fix it. Help.
Most checks I receive from customers are over $30,000 is there a bank I can use to deposit these checks?
I am a long time QB Online customer and I just noticed when I went to Transactions, Link Accounts, Manage Connections that my personal WF bank accounts are showing up on the list along with the business accounts that I manage. I'm not sure how that happened, they are not visibile in QB as bank accounts, but why are they showing up in the account list at all? I am using a WF Guest User ID with only access to the 4 accounts for the business.Any help would be appreciated!Thanks!Lisa

Does the American Express Delegate no longer works for mulitple cards? I have wasted so much time with both Intuit and American Express on this issue.
I imported a lot of transactions into my register, but I didn't have rules on them. So I would need to manually redo the categories. Is there a way for me to run the rules that would normally be on a bankfeed once it was imported into the register? Thank you
I am the treasurer of our high schools athletic boosters. We have two bank accounts. One, the main account, that is used for non-sport team specific expenses like insurance, membership, online payments and concession sales. And one bank account, the sports account, that is made up of all the money each individual team has fundraised. When I started using quickbooks, i set each team up as an "other liability", as I needed a starting balance for each team. Now, however, when money is transfered from the main account to the sports account, I can't then move the money into the right sport "sub account". I tried using a journal entry but it records the income twice. I'm thinking that maybe i need to change the type of account the sports teams are set up as but I'm stuck as to what that would be. Again, the individual sports team balance make up the total balance of one bank account. Each sports team has a starting
