Anyone who banks with the personal side of Axos having trouble connecting to the bank?
Dime Business Online Banking Plus implemented a login token/authenticator app requirement today, and Quickbooks is making me reconnect the accounts, however it has the old login page, and it does not work when I enter my credentials. Anyone else having this issue?
The American Express bank feed into Quickbooks is buggy and keeps changing. First, there was one connection. Then, there was a new connection called "American Express - QBDT." Then it changed again to split delegate access to a separate connection. The delegate connection worked fine for a period of time and then it stopped syncing all of the supplemental cards. Now I have one feed that works, and I have to manually export/import the rest of the cards that exist under the primary account. This creates several hours of extra work a month for a task that was previously working. When will this be fixed? What workarounds exist?
They aren't tied to multiple accounts. It's a bank feed. They were simple deposits that were duplicated. I deleted them directly from the chart of accounts. They were caught during reconciliation and were never reconciled. Thanks

I have a bank account with 1590 transactions in it, but the register shows 1744 transactions. Where are the missing transactions in my account view? QuickBooks Online
There is a transfer to Venmo in the transaction history in my checking account online - 250.00. I have tried all the suggestions to find it in QB and it is nowhere to be found! The option to add it manually does not seem to exist. I have spent hours trying to find it appreciate any and all help.
For personal use, I use Quicken Classic Business & Personal Version 7.5.2. I just set up a new business and created a QuickBooks Checking account. I want to set up my QuickBooks Checking account to download into Quicken directly, but I don't see how to do that. I would rather not manually input the transactions into Quicken Classic. Can someone help? Thanks.
Never had this problem inn the past ten years, when I do the “link account” feature, it will not display all the accounts. Strangely it will display 2 of three personal accounts and one business credit card account. But it is missing three accounts I need. Back of America is the bank. Help please
Bought an Epson RR-600W and wanted to scan my receipts and have them match current expsenses in Quickbooks Online.It will sync and put the receipts into QB Online but it creates a new expense and does not match. How can we do this?
For some reason, the last three payrolls in December refuse to match. I can't find payroll checks in the register, or on the "Find Match" page. We have three employees all on Direct Deposit, and I can see that those directly deposited amounts match the bank transactions, but I can't make them match! I know how to match transactions, and the dates align also. I matched the first payroll in December, and literally nothing else has changed.
Hello,I recently started a new job with a fairly large company and somehow, the books are a complete disaster. A previous empoyee made a huge mess out of everything and for the life of me, I can't seem to fix it. The bank account dates back to 2015 and not a single time was this account reconciled correctly. The balance is hundreds of thousands of dollars off. I've printed out bank statements but can only get as far back as 2021 for them. But is this even smart to do? I don't want to mess up anything from previous years but I don't think it can be messed up anymore than it already is. Do you have any suggestions for how I can at least get this year accurate, even if it involves making a new company file or something? Thanks!
Strange error when categorizing transactions. An error message window appears and immediately disappears. And so with all transactions. That is, this is not my mistake during the process, but rather a software error of Quickbooks.
Hi, i am using QuickBooks desktop, and i need to match a bill payment (made in error) with the General Journal (receiving of money back from customer)
Snapping receipts, Everytime, it says "Missing info". So I have to click on the receipt, in the review tab, and Add Payment Accout. but I only have one option in the "Add Payment Accout". is there any way I can just set something as a default so I do not have to do this every single time?
My bank changed names, account number, and routing number, but everything in the account has remained the same. I cannot figure out how to link it to the same account on quickbooks desktop. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
If you can see from my screen shot, a month ago Quickbooks recorded payroll which was direct deposited and the transactions are shown in my bank register also, so why didnt quickbooks link it?
I was on an old desktop version of QB, had to unreconcile a bunch of months. Now on QB online - trying to get caught up. Register is correct but beg bal in reconciliation is wrong.

My bank transactions are uploaded from my bank, however, there hasn't been any transactions to match my bank transactions, nothing was ever entered. Owner cut checks but never entered a bill or invoice to match it. Do I leave them as they are, or do I actually add bank transaction if there is nothing to match it to?
I have downloaded & uploaded the CSV for my CC expenses. However, they are all labeled as deposits instead of expenses. I tried to change the type and it only gave me deposits and sales receipts. How can I correct this? Thx!
