Good evening everyonemy question is intuit is not going back to February to retrieve all my transactions. how do i get all my banking transactions on my intuit?
QBO missing some date for bank transactions
We are trying to get the option of QuickBooks format added to our banking website when customers try to export their transactions. I was told by our core provider that we would need a Bank ID Number that would be provided from Inuit and then it could be added. I have go around and around with no answer. Can someone please assist me in getting this small feature added. We have business customers that this feature would help out.
I have a customer that paid their invoice with a credit card and another that we refunded to their credit card. The credit card processor will deposit the net amount and I'm wondering how to record all this and match properly. For illustration, Customer A paid 4,000 and Customer B got refunded 500, so the net amount of the deposit that we received in the bank is 3,500 and I need to match that deposit with the 4,000 payment and a 500 refund. I tried finding the 4,000 payment in the list of transactions to match but it doesn't appear there as it is higher than the deposit (3,500) that I'm trying to match. Entered the refund manually and it also does not appear in the list of transactions to match. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Maybe there is a workaround

Hello, I am having troubles pairing certain credit cards payments to the related transaction on bank account. I usually use the "Record as credit card payment" option and the system automatically pairs the 2 transactions 1) one on the bank account side and the other 2) on the credit card side. However I am having issues with 3 transaction because the system sees them only on the credit card side, but there's nothing showing up on the bank side. However in the actual bank statements I see the transactions to pay off the credit card. It is something that happened only on those 3 transactions. Can somebody help please?

Hello, I am trying to get started with QB Desktop and I need to import 2 years of banking data(4 columns- date, name, debit, credit) that I have as a CSV file, but all the online help I see is for QB online only. How do I go about importing the data for my accounts? Thank you in advance!
Yes, I'm aware that I can categorieze already-reviewed transactions but this is time consuming. Isn't there a way to categorize them while reviewing them?

Credit card funds are being posted to cash account, but not coming out of the payments to deposit account.
3 listed bank account numbers are incorrect. The software will not allow me to add a correct number, because one of the incorrect numbers starts with the same digits.
