I am having difficulty reconciling my Visa in QBO. My beginning and ending balances are correct. My charges and payments all match. Yet the amount shown in the DIFFERENCE box is $5973.16. How can this be? At the beginning of reconciling the DIFFERENCE shows correctly but as I mark items off that box changes to incorrect. What might cause this error?Thanks for any help!!

Click on an expense shown in an income statement, and you get a set of transactions making up that number. If the transaction is from a check, the memo appears. If the transaction is from a credit card, the memo does not, requiring you to go a level deeper.

I have an error stating CitiBusiness Online has made a change but have tried calling both them and Intuit and both say its something on the other end and no one is taking ownership. Anyone else having this issue or found a resolution? When I try and relink the account they are no longer showing as an available bank. Thanks
I know how to match transactions the typical way (reviewing after downloads) so I don't need help with that. My situation is that there are two of us who access our QuickBooks account and on occasion I run into the following situation and wondering if anyone has experienced this. Question: I've reviewed and accepted a downloaded bank transaction then while reconciling the account, I noticed another employee entered the same transaction with a detailed description and included the attachment after the fact. Is it possible to still match their new entry with the bank download or do I need to delete/void one of them?

I keep getting this error while trying to add / import transactions. These have to do with making Payments via PayPal. It's pretty maddening. Sometimes I can sidestep this by adding in an artificial split, but sometimes it doesn't accept anything I do.
