I have established a new Family Trust. The first deposit to the bank account is the Settlor's payment of $10 to activate the Family Trust. How do we allocate this payment in QBO? This is not an income. Should we use the "Owners Equity" or some other account type?

Both my bank accounts are way out one account is negative 90 thousand, and the other a positive 50 thousand, totally out with the real.bance ,I am.not sure why I suspect a lot of duplication ,occurred when I was transferring funds from one account to.another ,is there any way to fix this ,perhaps a a journal.entry to correct balance ,or do I have to go thru every transaction over past 2 years seems a lot of time required to do this ,any suggestions would be welcome.
Hi recently I.opened a savings account with Anz plus saver ,in addition to.my other 3 Anz accounts ,I tried to activate this account to.obtain.bank feeds ,message is all.eligible accounts are activated ,I.assume you cannot obtain bank feeds on Anz us transactions as each have separate apps on phone.
I have successfully set up the Connect to Square app to import transactions from Square and matched them with bank transactions. But all the Square transactions are simply set to Square Item and go into the same income account. I take it I can change this if the items are purchased as set item in Square itself. But is there any way I can edit individual transactions within Quickbooks to assign them to a different purchase account?

Over the course of several years, I have meticulously uploaded data and photos into QuickBooks Online (QBO), operating under the belief that I would eventually undergo an audit. Presently, I have concluded my commercial activities and wish to inquire as to the fate of this data in the cloud. Specifically, I am interested in whether I can still access my proofs (receipts) in the event of an audit three years from now, given that it can only be reconnected within 12 months.I have ascertained that the data can indeed be reconnected within 12 months, but I am uncertain as to whether this will still be possible after a longer period of time. I noticed in my export of the QBO general ledger at a particular point in the past the Bank Descriptions went from including numbers such as IND ID: 281732 to a format like IND ID: XX1732. I have no idea what I might have done to cause such a change. Any ideas why that might have started happening or how to get back to including the entire original Bank Description?

Bankwest is closing our accounts and we are transferring to CBA, i need four separate accounts for a short while to maintain audit.
