I added a made up company to access my suppliers, but it will only allow me to do this once and then the screen comes back to the 'Keep Track of who you pay'.

HI, I have given a loan to the corporation in the last financial year that i want to return back to the account. How do i do that in quickbooks. I have noted in "due to shareholder" long term liability account.
QBO is asking me to review them now and assign tax values. Some cheques/expenses I do manually but payroll has always been there and the transfer service charges recorded separately.
Started using quickbooks in August 2023. Bank transactions from account are linked since August 1 but credit card transactions are only linking from September. I've tried manually importing a qbo file of downloaded transactions, but it still starts in September. Is there any way to get my August transactions uploaded? The August credit card statement is from July 27-August 28th which probably has something to do with it. I need to reconcile all the August transactions since it's the start of our fiscal year.
how to fix in quickbooks when payroll goes NSF
When I make a sale on Shopify, it goes to AR (which is what I want), but it also says it's paid immediately. I need it left open in AR until I receive my payment from Shopify. QuickBooks thinks I got paid instantly. However, the money doesn't hit my books until I transfer it from Shopify. I want it left in AR so it's easier to track, and I can take it out of AR once the money hits my bank account. Any help is much appreciated.
We have rented a sign on the highway for advertising. The owner of the sign as asked for 12 post dated checks for the monthly rental of the sign. Since these will not clear the bank until the 1st of each month its throwing my quickbooks/bank balance off. Is there anyway to balance these items?
Browser app has the option to go to “New” and “transfer” but this advice doesn’t seem to apply to the mobile app. The “help” in the mobile app seems to be only applicable to the browser app.

When QB tries to connect, I see on my mobile to okay the connection but then I get a timed out. It seems QB just keeps trying and doesn't wait. My RBC account then gets locked out
My accounts work in the ATB App, but the connect function is going in circles.
