You need to start your request from the 'Master admin' user type. Make sure you have access to the email account associated to the 'Master admin'. Also ensure you know the name associated with that user.To see a list of your users: You need to login as the 'Master admin', click the QBO Cog, below 'Your Company' select 'Manage Users'.After informing Quickbooks that you wish to switch, they should send you an email with a declaration that you are required to return (hit 'Reply'):I (Master Admin name) understand that switching to QBOP will mean I lose all of my currently entered payroll data.I also understand that I will have to recreate my payroll and re-enter the required data ensuring that it is correct & if required re-submit it to HMRC.Given the above declaration I authorise the QuickBooks Support Team to switch my payroll to QBOP.Please be aware that when re-entering employee information, we advise keeping your employee's Payroll ID the same as it was on your previous payroll so

Please bear with me as I have only just set up quickbooks for the first time. I have successfully added 2 employees and they are showing on the screen where I can enter the hours worked etcBut the 3rd employee isn't there! as Far as I can see everything is entered correctly, I have deleted her twice and reentered the details I can not understand what I have done wrong. Im sure it is something I have done but I have checked everything and the third employee is exactly the same as the others. I am just going round and round in circles! Does anyone have any advice which may be able to help me. Thanks in advance
