I'm looking for support with the Sync With Etsy App. As of 3/19/2025, the Sync With Etsy app has stopped syncing my Etsy shop to my Quickbooks account. It appears that the app has been removed from the Quickbooks App Store. Seemly overnight, the Sync With Etsy app stop working and disappeared from the App Store without warning. Any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
My bank register and chart of accounts in QBO are linked but they do not match. However, they did match before. I've already tried the update button.

Hello all, I have been using Quickbooks for my small business since last June, mainly to create Income Statements and Balance Sheets. Until recently, I have been manually entering the sales and expenses in their respective categories/accounts I created to show exactly what I want to see in my income statement. However, I just integrated my Shopify and Etsy accounts to my QB account, and it pre-categorized all of the sales, discounts as expenses, with no option for me to review and categorize them how I was before (I don't want to categorize each individual sale, but in Shopify I can see the total sales from my online store versus different pop-up events which I would like to see and categorize each pop-up's sales on my Income statement). The bigger problem is, the Shopify integration went back further than what I needed (I only had Q4 left to do of 2024), and it has messed up all of my past income statements with duplicate revenues and new accounts on the income st

For whatever reason I could no longer get QB and Joist to connect. Tried to take out Joist with QB and re-sync but I can no longer find Joist app in QB
I have not been able to sync with them in almost a week and QB says it cannot reach them.

Two lodgements were imported on13th September and matched with their invoices. The same payments were imported again yesterday with 14th September as date. Bank records show payments received once. How do I remove the incorrect additional automatically downloaded payments?
