How to sales data export to tally prime?
I don't see in the online instructions how to include ref no and other data fields when bulk importing cash expenses via csv. They only have 3 columns (Date, Description, Amount). How do I upload with ref no, category, payment method, and the other data fields I normally enter in manually when entering an expense? Is there an online link showing me how to format these fields for a csv import? Because I still haven't found it.
Hello there, I am trying to Import A/P Bills, as we recently migrated to QBO from QBD. There are some bills from Bill.com we need to manually add, as the sync in accounting software was delayed on their end. When going to the Import data screen, only options for: Bank Data, Customers, Vendors, Chart of Accounts, Products and Services, and Invoices appear. No option to select Bills as suggested in this article: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/global/import-transactions/import-your-bills-in-quickbooks-online/00/1015015 Can you please assist and let me know what I am missing?
Getting an error hen uploading qbo bank files into QBO.
I have 10 separate company files in quickbooks desktop 2009. I want to move them all to one new quickbooks online online account separating them by class. What would the steps be to accomplish this, or is there a company that I can hire to perform this task?
Is there a list of all the account types and the Detailed types for each account type available anywhere? I am trying to import data from previous very detailed chart of accounts but can simplify it and make it easier to import if I know what are the options. I have tried to import with my types and detailed types but it errors and requires me to go through each account and select the appropriate type and detail for that type (not all the same) from dropdowns. Would be easier and quicker if I can get the options and fix the spreadsheet in excel before importing. Thanks,
I keep on getting this message every time I want to import my invoices and payments into quick Books:"Import invoices isn't quite ready to support sales taxWe're working on it. Support for sales tax will be coming soon." Can anyone assist me?

When I view an estimate I can see all the items and the amounts of each that I have invoiced. How do I get this information to my customer. I'm trying to make an SOV.
I am trying to upload my first 7 items and it is returning the below text. We found some problems and couldn't import all of your data. Fix the info in the highlighted fields and try again. You can't use Gym Equipment: Standard: DP-001-GR because Gym Equipment: Standard: DP-001-GR already exists. To make this change, you'll need to give Gym Equipment: Standard: DP-001-GR a new, unique name or go to the Categories list to give the other Gym Equipment: Standard: DP-001-GR a different name.
I have just set up with my bank with a Creditor ID and they require the data in XML format. How can I export the required files from QBO directly or do I need a third party App? If so, which one?
I'm importing BofA transactions into QBDT 2022. I like to use Rules, which I find helpful as I download monthly payments to my contractors. I've been using Direct Connect. It seems, however, that downloading the QBO file directly from the BofA checking account populates the Memo field, which seems to be blank in my Direct Connect ingest. The additional information in the Memo field allows me to write Rules for many additional transactions For example, with Direct Connect I cannot write rules for either Venmo or PayPal transactions, whereas I can with the QBO Memo field. Can the Memo field be added to Direct Connect? Or is it actually there, but I'm not seeing it?
I selected the Excel file to upload and clicked on the Browse button. Then the message: "Something's not quite right! Unexpected server error. Please try again." appeared. I cleared the cache/browser history, but the error keeps coming up. Any clue how to solve this? Or is there really a server error at this time?
Can I import bank monthly statements automatically in CSV file format by linking QuickBooks online to my bank? Can you provide specific step-by-step instructions on how to do it?
