I have reached out to customer support 6x regarding an issue with deposits not going into my bank account. I have 4 different case numbers and each time I am told it is being escalated. The last call I waited on hold 1 hour to speak with a supervisor. They told me that I would get a call back. That was after the same type of call earlier in the day in which I have never received a call back. Each time I am told funds would be released in 24/48 hours. It has now been a full week without funds being released. It is beyond frustrating that there is no way to speak to a supervisor and after following the directions of Intuit to ensure my bank is able to receive funds, they will not release my money! PLEASE HELP!
I cannot seem to get the email message with my invoice reminder to stick. I'm pretty sure I've followed all the instructions and everything looks OK in Account and Setting -> Sales -> Reminders as well as in Customer form styles -> Emails but instead of the actual, correct message showing in the email it just appears as the text "Email message."I've done plenty of these in the past without any problems (although not for some time) so I don't know why this issue is appearing now.

Is there a way to get rid of the following message? In fact when I check the email log, I need to clear all previous messages. There was an issue delivering some of your emails. Please check the mail log for more details.

I am processing a termination payment for an Employee in Quickbooks online, we are paying out unused leave entitlements. Can you advise if the tax which is calculated in Quickbooks is the correct tax for the termination payment, or do I manually need to work out the tax to be withheld?

I have service items setup and have the purchase info and sales info setup correctly, I think. I enter a bill from my vendor, I choose the service item that has a cost of $65 and sales price of $100 and I mark that line as billable and assign a customer. When I invoice the customer and choose to add the billable expense, it comes into the invoice but it wants to bill at the cost instead of the sales price setup in the service item. How do I get QBO to invoice for the sales price instead of the cost price?
HiI would like to know if there is a way to see if and when a supplier's bank details have been changed? I know you can do this with employees via the Employee Details Audit report, but I can't find a similar thing for suppliers. There doesn't seem to be a way for management to check if supplier bank details have been changed prior to approving a payment run. This would be a useful check to be able to do for fraud prevention.Can anyone help with the best way to do this?Thanks!
Hello - I have run my final pay run which with Lodged with ATO. I am now going through Year End. As advised, I Created an Update Event and checked all YTD figures. If all is correct, nothing needs updating. Do I need to Lodge with ATO (or will that just create confusion as we already lodged the Pay Event ending 30/06/22) - or should I delete that Update Event as nothing was needed. Or should I leave it and proceed to Finalisation Process?
HiI am the sole director/employee of my company and paid myself a monthly salary for the 2022 financial year. Although I am a 'closely held employee', I paid and reported/submitted the monthly payments via STP each month on a monthly Director cycle.I went to finalise the STP for the 2022 financial year and when I get to the 'Confirm Payroll Data' step, no amounts show. Its all zeros?Have I missed something?
I keep getting a message in keypay payroll window in Quickbooks that a employee reconciliation had been done but there is a shortfall of $2.52 for this employee and yet the super payment was correct based on 9.5%. How can I fix this? Bert
I do two similar payruns each week. In one, as soon as I finalise, this takes me to ATO lodgment area but in another payrun for a different store, I always have had to select an option after finalising it in order to go to ATO lodgement screen. Not too sure why is there different treatment.

Hi,We have created a new profile as the business has changed from sole trader to company. We have loans for vehicles/machinery and I was wondering if I have to add these accounts to the new profile under Motor Vehicle at cost fixed assets? The finance was taken out when my husband was a sole trader so ownership of these assets is not owned by the Company but we have updated the bank account details so they will be deducted from the new business.
HiWe are a building company and most of our invoices go directly straight to a customer job. But we also have stock in the warehouse and we are not putting that inventory anywhere we are just putting invoice in. I am not sure how to put the inventory in then when we need to move something from the warehouse to the customers job (as these customers pay by progress payments) so we can get a true balance of costs spent on there project. Can someone please help.
Can you please advise how I can modify the current Statement template? It does not appear as a custom form, and when I do a print preview there is no option to customise like we can for invoices and quotes. It does not look right how it currently shows. Thanks!

Hi Guys,Am confused as to why my multicurrency ledger classifies currency adjustments as "realised" currency adjustsments when most are unrealised and simply re-valuations of investments.The chart of accounts appears to only allow currency adjustments to be set up as "other expenses". There is not option to set up as an asset or liability.Any advice appreciated.Regards, David Thank you for your reply. I took over a Quickbooks account (Online advanced) when buying a business. P45s were put through and the PAYE codes were changed to the new business. For some reasons the P45s didn't go through and I did not realise for a month. I went into each record and set a new start date and continuous employment date and put the P45 info into the Tax and NI screen. This has resulted in the staff getting much higher tax bills than expected. I have isolated this to the employee payroll opening balances being wrong, but as there has been a pay run since then it will not allow me to change them. How can I resolve this issue? Thanks
Hello, I'm required to use a *.xlsm file which I have to email to them. Quickbooks doesn't allow me to attach these files due to security purposes. Can I please override this as this security feature is causing a lot more work by making me email all my invoices separately?Thanks. Cheers, Lee.
