I have invoices that should be showing as Services on the P&L but are showing as Sales. I cannot seem to find the reason for this. I am assuming it is how they were originally set up (not me) but am not sure how this can be changed. Any advice very welcome. Thank you.
I have just had the most dreadful support from QB. In the past I found it to be excellent but today was connected for 2 hours with so much wasted time in between comments it was awful. Turns out the support deal three calls at the same time - hopeless. No concentration or continuity running like this - urgent improvement needed.
Hi I use QuickBooks online simple start. Does this support CIS deductions? I am a subcontractor invoicing contractors and need them to deduct 20% from the labour charge. I am completely useless at this and computers in general so if possible I would need step by step instructions on how to do it. I also need help with splitting the materials I buy away from my total profit, the way I’ve got it everything I earn on labour and everything I’ve bought for a job combines to my total profit so I don’t really know what I’ve earned without going back through calculating manually!!please help Many thanks Jason
I have discovered that the mileage I have recorded over the past year is incorrect. Do I have to go into each record and edit or can I do this in bulk please?
