Help please! Not sure if anyone has a solution to my problem - I run a B&B on my own and am both disorganised and short of time. I run my accounts mostly by whizzing through downloaded bank statements and sorting into different accounts from there. I don't do invoices as I just take payment as people leave, so I record payments as sales receipts as they appear in my bank statements. Great for saving time. However, I now use a small card machine - sumup - which transfers the funds after deducting the transaction fee. If I just record this as income it's not a true indication of what I earned, as it's without the bank fee. But I don't know how to most simply and efficiently manage the real income (eg £70 for a night stay) against the £68 that comes into my account, with the fee deducted - one being income, one being expense. I tried splitting the transaction to manually add the fee deducted, but I can't have both income and expense in a split in one transaction. It's compl
Hi I have tried to log into my bank through quick books and every time it says it can’t log in the username and password is correct as I com log in on online banking but not QuickBooks this has been like this for the last 4 months so I can’t really use the service and I ampaying 7,99 a month for something I can’t completely use I hope you can resolve this problem as there is no helpline to phone for help kind regards g Powell-hughes

When I am using the Self-Employed Android app, and creating an invoice, I go to add customer, and click on the address book icon, but only two of my contact appear. I have attempted to save all 'Samsung' saved contacts onto my sim, my phone, and my google account and yet Quickbooks is still not finding more than one contact Where does Quickbooks Self-Employed 'look' for contacts within an android device (filepath) and what criteria is there for a contact to appear (ie, must have email address)Thanks in Advance Jordan

Hi, I'm looking to receive XML invoices (into my corporate finance system) from my small suppliers who use quickbooks. Can I ask my suppliers to configure quickbooks to send invoices via XML or will I need to write a plug-in or something for them to add-in? Hi. I can't connect to my Co-op Business account either online or through the Self-Employed app. No matter what I try I keep getting a 103 error. My details are correctly spelled and correct case. I've done what's suggested on the help page and it still doesn't work. Help!
With the new-ish "Category" drop down menu in QBO under Products and Services, is it limited? By that, I mean how many categories can you create for your Products and Services? I know that a product gets one category (not multiple), but how many categories can we create to choose from overall? Limited/Unlimited?Thanks!
