Hi none of my transactions are downloading from any of my bank accounts from any bank. I have Barclays and Lloyds and neither are working. I have reset all the connections many times, and have logged in and out of all devices. my balances on the accounts are correct, but the transactions are all missing since Thursday evening. how do I fix this or is this a global problem and if so when will there be a fix.
HelloI use QB Self Employed in the UK.I am a sales agent and all of my invoices contain a sales commission componant at various % levels, depending on my agreement with the principle.I can find no facility that allows me to automatically calculate this and as such, I am doing all the calculations in Excel and then transferring that into the INVOICE ITEMS field on the invoice and typing the result into the amount column.QB SE UK will calculate mileage using the user input mileage rate. Why can't it do the same for commission? I would imagine that there are thousands of people whom work on a commission basis.THX

I have an account which should not be on QBO and I need to just be using one account for all my transactions. I need to migrate all the transactions across from the account I want to make redundant - in to the correct 'Current' account. I accidentally had two accounts running, but they are in fact the same bank account.
Hi, I'm trying to export Quickbooks Desktop file to Online version. I keep getting an error as below:QuickBooks Online requires the asset account type for stock items to be Asset or equivalent. Please change the account type for this item from 'Sales' to 'Asset' or equivalent. All stock items have Stock Asset account applied as their Asset Account. I'm also unable to identify the stock item that is apparently causing this error. Any idea how to resolve this issue?
I am using the Self Employed version of QuickBooks and I have been recording my mileage using the App, however how do I enter my fuel receipts? Do I simply split the receipt between business and personal? Also what do I need to do with the 'total deductions' available from tracking my mileage?
Hi, we are trying to install Quickbooks Pro 2016 on a Windows 10 computer.When we try and Activate the software, it asks us to fill in the registration info but then we get the following error:"unable to contact database"There doesn't seem to be any other way to activate.Can anyone help? I use Barclays Bank and all year I have been without any records. I have trtied everything that the support team have asked me to do. Including changing my bank sign in to memorable word instead of membership number.The most frustrating thing is even when I upload my statements manually they won't show up as Quickbooks says it already recognises them.So what is the answer??? And why do so many banks not work??? And more importantly how are you going to resolve this for me because I am still paying you every month for nothing?????
Hi there,I use QB Self Employed and have attached receipts for my expenses in Transactions however they keep disappearing after I change screens a few times and come back to the Transactions page. Please can you help?ThanksSally
