I'm switching to QBO from a program called .Manager. My previous program has no export function and my bank will not download any transactions older than 2 months. Is there any simple way for me to enter our transactions from January through October? I'm dreading having to do manual journal entries for 10 months of transactions.

When I pull up my balance sheet for 2020 it is still showing dividends paid for 2019. Why is this carrying over into 2020?
I'm curious. In the Quickbooks Self-Employed app for tracking mileage, if you have auto-tracking turned off, it says the start and end address is optional. Is that true?
I have a new corporation created as of September 1 , 2019 and somehow the old salary for an employee for early in the 2019 year has been entered into the system and I can not delete and now shows up in the T4 info and summary for 2019 for Sept to Dec but is was entered in Aug 2019. need ideas on how to remove or delete or create negative amount to offset so I can produce the T4 and summary report this week?please advise
I’ve been turning to log in to see my pay checks all day but every time I try to log in to the “intuit view my pay check” product I always get a message saying “Looks like you don’t have a workforce employee account . The email you entered belongs to an admin account. Only employees can access their Workforce accounts.” And the thing is that I’m an employee :(
I invoiced a client in late December 2018 but the payment only arrived in January 2019. I have also paid materials and subcontractors in early 2019 for that project. I have created a project with the 2018 invoice attached as well as the corresponding expenses (materials and subcontractors). I haven’t reconciled 2019 yet. I want the whole project to be applied to 2018 only. How can I make sure this whole 2018 project (income and expenses) does not show under 2019?

When trying to file my Gst quarter it complains about unassigned tax items/amounts. as recommended, I run the unassign tax amounts detailed report. it comes up with nothing, i looked at different periods of time. still it shows nothing. Does anyone know how to track down these items?Thx, Roger. in Surrey, BC, Canada.
I inadvertently paid my sales tax for last quarter from my Cpp expense account instead of paying it from my bank account. I deleted it thinking I could just go back and pay it from this account but now cant find report to pay it. What do I do?
Having a brain freeze today and cannot work through this but need to make changes to previous posting:Tenants are listed by Property, Unit, etc. correctlyProblem is posting to Rental Income when the rent is not paid on time and months behind. I don't want my rental income to be "what should have been earned" for tax time but what actually was paid to me.Help needed on posting for this: I know Rent Receivables is involved.Thanks!!
