When I sign in through invitation email, it shows error message as attached.I clicked try again and it shows "There's an issue on our end. We're on it."This situation was there for 2 days. I did not find a solution.
How do I speak with the financial team about getting a refund on a product that was incorrectly billed? I've called the Quickbooks Online team 3 times and each time they tell me to submit a Refund Request (https://accounts.intuit.com/app/oirr). I have submitted this 3 times and each time I get a template email response just saying it wasn't approved. Nobody respond to my email replies, and there is no way to contact the billing team. This is terrible customer service. I am being incorrectly billed for the wrong product. My next move is to initiate a chargeback with my bank and switch from QBO to Freshbooks or Xero.

My balance from the bank shows correctly on all accounts. But when I try to see and categorized new transactions, it shows 0. I can see then when I go on my bank app but not on QB
I have not been able to download any banking transactions for 2 days now but I can sign into my banking just fine.
My computer that has my Quickbooks pro desktop version died and I want to know if I can transfer to another computer, or do I have to purchase a new version of quickbooks?
Hi, we currently facing one issue was that we could not run and log in the QB after the prompt updates from QB. We had tried re-installed the QB but faced the same issue.
I have created a new tax vendor without the piggyback setting checked as suggested. When I try to update the existing sales tax code, it does not let me change to the new tax vendor. It only allows me to change the %. The tax has not been piggyback since the rate changed in 2013

Recent update seems to have removed customer name from invoices and now I cannot edit the original invoice template - it has been replaced with some useless online invoice that I didn’t ask for. - I cannot access any of my clients under my QuickBooks Online Accountant in Microsoft Edge. A loading screen appears and stays there indefinitely. I tried this on another computer as well. Clearing cache and history doesn't work either. However, I can access the companies under Google Chrome.- In Google Chrome, when accessing a company through QuickBooks Online Accountant, the first screen to appear is a "404" error, though I can navigate to a different page using the menu on the left. Please advise.

I would like to create a customer invoice (QB Enterprise) that summaries the information of the sales orders. We will bill 15, daily sales orders semi-monthly, which would be approx. 250 lines for an invoice. The sales orders are prepared daily for approval by the customer. I would like to have the invoice summarize the sales orders, either by item, or by listing the subtotal of each of the sales orders. I would provide a detailed report as backup as further detail of the invoice.
I am trying to adjust my sales tax in the sales tax window wizard window, but the window won't expand all the open to allow me to make the adjustment...has this happened to anyone else is there a fix?
