In my backup folder I have all the QBB files, but also have MANY QBW files. Am I correct in thinking the QBW are working files and the QBB are the Backup files? With the QBW files I also have DSN, ND and LGB files which have the same date as the QBB File. Do I really need any of those files as long as I have the QBB File? If I do need to save those should I put them in folders based on Date? My guess is I no longer need those and saving ONLY the QBB files is the way to go? Any help appreciated. Oh BTW I am running Quickbooks 2024. Thanks

I've edited how many customers you can see on a page (ie: 50, 100, 300) but it doesn't seem to make a difference. I can search for a specific customer and it will show, however I can't scroll through all of them.
Hi! I am going to be reclassing some account and transactions to make my chart of accounted and reporting clearer and I am afraid it will mess up with my historical P&L and Income Statements. How can I download all my transactions to date so i can have them saved before i do the reclasses? thank you!

I know this may sound funny but after 10 years I had 2 orders that I shipped to customers and because of a bad address the shipped orders were return. In both cases the customer wanted a refund (both were cash paid so cash refunds). How do I show that the orders were refunded back to the customer?How do I return the items to our inventory to sell again? Thanks!

Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2020 install on updated Windows 10. I've added Customers and invoices. Want to email invoices, so attempted to set up email.Go To, "Edit", "Preferences" and select "Send Forms" I Get a "qbmapi64" error box with "out of memory" message, with only a selection of "OK".I then get the Quickbooks - Unrecoverable window to send a report to QB. Then it shuts down QB completely.I've run QB tool hub against the program, to no avail. I've run Regedit and changed my HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\SubSystems changed my Windows\SharedSection value from 1024,20480,768 to 1024,[removed]. Please, if you have run into this, let me know if you have found a solution.

I don't see many people talking about product prices in Quickbooks online and how they don't show up when I create a new purchase order. Does anyone know of a setting I can change where the MSRP price of a product I enter in a purchase order will show up? I am forced to open my product price list or enter the product in to an invoice in order to see the price.

Trying to create a custom Customer Report that includes First name, Middle name and Last name. The Middle name field does not show up in the drop down menu of available Customer fields to include in a custom report. First name and Last name are available and easy included. Their is valid data in the Middle name field and I can edit it from the Customer edit screen. Any suggestions on how to get the Middle name included in custom report??

Hi I recently called tried Searching Quickbooks Support number on google , I got in touch with a scam website [Removed] I tried downloading tool hub and guess what ?? they called me immediately and tech name Ryan charged me 3000 USD and then they gave me one more scammer number , Guess that other scammer named Raj also worked in the same scam company , they gave me a number [Removed] .I wish intuit can stop these scamm websites and phone number so that they can't scam people .
