I see some posts about problems with Fidelity from Early 2024. Was it resolved? Are we able to link Fidelity accounts?
Do you have to uninstall the quickbooks on the old computer before being able to use it on the new one? I have quickbooks 2013 with one user access. I installed QB 2013 on new computer and it says "The file you specified cannot be opened. Make sure that it is not currently being used by another program or a read-only file. The Windows error was "the system cannot find the path specified." And then I can click ok a bunch of times and finally get in on the new computer. I didn't uninstall QB's on my old computer because I wanted to make sure it ran ok on the new one before I did that. But maybe it is read only or being used by another program because it is still active on my old computer? I ran a compatibility test for windows and reverted back to an older version of windows with no luck. Is there a way to just deactivate your license on your old computer but keep QB's on there? I just want some feedback because my fear is that

I am an accountant user. I haven’t been able to access my QBOA or my clients’ QBO on the mobile app for several months. When I try to log in, I get the message “You do not have access to the specified realm.” (See attached screenshot). What is the problem?
I pulled money from my clients account using the e-checking feature in QB. I just found out he did not have the funds. How do I make the adjustment in QB? I know how to do it if it was a check but I used QB to pull the funds.Terri
PLEASE help! I just bought a new computer and wanted to transfer my QBPOS from the old one to the new. Hello. I had a question regarding users who have access to the Workflows function. I, as an admin can see all of the available options for workflows. However, my employees with various other roles don't have to have the workflows function available to them. I looked under the "manage users" to see if I could customize a role to include workflows, but I don't see it anywhere on there. So, what user roles have access to this "workflows" function? I'd like for my collections team to be able to set up automated payment reminders to new clients as well as various other workflows.
Hello,I am a sole proprietor using QuickBooks Self-Employed and would like to set up Owner's Draw. I'm new to this, so unfortunately I've just been writing myself checks from my business account and depositing in my personal account. In other posts in the QB Community, I see that I should set up an equity account in the 'Chart of Accounts' in the gear icon. However, I don't have a Chart of Accounts there. All I have are my Bank Accounts where I sync with my business checking and my business credit card. All that shows up there is an option to connect another account.So, how do I set up that elusive equity account?Thanks in advance!
Does anyone know why as of yesterday, in my invoices when I put in a description of the product, Quickbooks now will split the word in half to the next line opposed to like any computer/program moves a word to the next line
I have QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus 2023. I upgraded from QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2016. The new version has been slow to load ever since the upgrade. Sometimes it takes 15 seconds or so, other times it takes much longer. By monitoring my internet connection using TCPView from Sysinternals, I have found that the slowness is due to the program waiting for a connection to some remote QB server. I reckon there's nothing I can do to speed up QB's servers, but is there a way to run the program in offline mode to avoid the startup delay?
It seems that when I have to revise an invoice that it unlinks the sales order. Or when I have to revise/add to a sales order after the invoice has been generated, that it unlinks sales order which causes many open so's and inventory issues. Help with this...Im new to QB and no one else knows. Mahalo

How do I get those certifications added to my new work address so that it will appear on my profile and allow me to monitor when I need to recertify? I have contacted QB customer service on August 30, 24 and spoke to a customer service representative to cancel only my payroll subscription online and keep my regular subscription to work on it, since I don't use the QB Payroll Services at all. I was promised that I can get a refund for downgrading my subscription. Instead of refund, I have been charged another $617.42 Dollars (Inv:10001332912375) for the same subscription QB Online Premium that I have paid earlier on July 15, 2024, in the amount of $ 457.50 Dollars (Inv:10001322260643). I have contacted again QB Customer Service Representative and spoke to Adrian Customer Support to get help with this issue that is going on for a month already. After spending time on the phone more than an hour, he could not help me with my concern questions. Good Day. Wonder if anyone can assist.We work with QBDT Premier 2017. We want to be able to have a column on our estimates and invoices where we can change the markup as we go. We charge different clients different markups so dont want to change it on the product itsself in the "back-end" as we would constantly need to change it back and forth. I.e. ABC Stores has a 20% markup on a chair. JOE SOAP has a 15% markup on a chair. So i want to be able to have a column where i can customise the markup on the estimate or invoice. Am i missing something simple, or is it not as simple as I think? Thanks in advance!
I hoping someone can help. Even though I created an invoice from an estimate it is not linked to the original estimate. Therefore, it is not showing the correct percentage of the project that has been previously billed. Is it possible to link an invoice to an estimate after the invoice has been created?Thank you for any and all suggestion. Lori
