When I download a client's QBO data file to QBD the QBD file is not the same as the QBO file. Why and is there a fix for this?The QBD balances do not equal the QBO balances. I download to QBD because I want a copy of the QBO file because client's change the QBO file as I question their work thinking they are helping me. And QBD is much easier to work with.Thank you.

Why can't i open my actual invoices in full screen on my phone no longer??? And have not been able to for at least 6 months??

I have a client using Enterprise 22 who started getting lockups and other errors over the past week. They called QB Support and were told multiple files were corrupted and to get things fixed QB would charge them $2,700. Does this sound legit? I understood that support is at no charge with a current subscription.The client was also told that the file corruption was caused by clicking the X in the top corner instead of closing the company file first. Of course, this is coming from the client. I haven't talked to QB Support about this yet.
We have some clients that are receiving the 1.3% late charge that we just started to apply after invoices are late and some that are not receiving the 1.3% late charge. How do we get everyone on the same page to receive the same late charge??

Hello, I am preparing to upgrade my old 2013 QuickBook Desktop Pro version to the more recent ones but I cannot seem to find the download links and Licenses + Product Numbers for the 2016, 2019 and 2021 Trial versions of QB Desktop Pro. Can a QuickBook Chat Admin, Suporor Moderator point me to the right direction for these information?After reading countless of troubleshooting messages on this board, it seems like I need to reach out and have one of the designated Admin privately PM me with these links and appending Licences and Product Codes. Hello, I have an issue where our deposit for a day is less than our deposit summary for the same day because of a refund that went out that does not post as a separate transaction in our bank due to our payment capturing system only posting a lump sum for end of day. So since our banking transaction deposit is less than our deposit summary from QBO, I cannot even match the transaction to the bank deposit and resolve the difference. I already tried creating a refund receipt to represent the refund that was issued and tried including it into the bank deposit somehow but that does not work. Is there any other way I can balance this issue?
So currently, if I make a sale in GoPayment it calculates the sales tax before applying the discount. How do I make it calculate the sales tax after I apply the discount?

I saw a response earlier from a usesr with same situation and they said they waited an hour and it went away.
We have a couple vendors with multiple accounts: best example is our utility (electric) company. We have 5 or 6 individual accounts with separate meters for each, and I'd like to set up memorized transactions for them but because the vendor record is the same for each, it doesn't seem like I can save (memorize) a transaction for each account ... well, that is, I can't unless I create a new vendor profile for each account number. I really don't want to create a separate profile for the same company with the unique customer account number for each separate meter number, but it would save time if I could create separate memorized transactions for each unique account (meter) number. Has anyone else encountered this situation, and if so, how did you handle it? Are there any workarounds except creating multiple profiles for the same vendor? Thanks for your time and consideration.

Migrating data from QB Online BACK to QB Desktop. I have the xml file from QB online and the Desktop Migration Tool. Instructions are to start QBDT but without any windows open. Then use the migration tool. The migration tool crashes every time when QBDT throws up a window called "Quickbooks Desktop Usage & Analytics Study". Clearly, no windows are supposed to be open when running the migration, but QBDT throws open its own and then everything crashes with error 1009. Any help? Clearly, the problem is with the stupid Usage & Analytics window.
I have one bank account that I have connected to Quickbooks. I have another one I have added manually. The one that is connected uploaded a transfer transaction. I just want to record it as a transfer, but when I go to bank transactions and try to do it there, it does not give me a 'transfer funds to' - so it gives me an error when I try to save it there. I assume I have to go to NEW - Transfer to do this - even tho one of the accounts is set up manually? Will it update the bank transaction at the same time? Thanks!
