My client hired an Interior Designer and billed her for the furniture. How should I record the payment to the Interior Designer?
Even though the PDF attachment box is checked under online delivery in our account settings, the PDF attachments are not being sent with the invoice to our customer. How can I fix this?

Hello! We have a 50/50 partnership LLC and we recently sold both of our personal trucks to the business. We sold for X amount of dollars, gave a "down payment" from the business and are owner financing the rest on a purchase contract. Can you guys give some input on how all of this needs to look in QB online? I need to know the best way to record the down payment, monthly payments and the vehicle's as assets. This may sound simple, but still fairly new to QB and want to make sure we do it right. Thanks!!
Which shipping app for QuickBooks Online allows: - Shipping with UPS, USPS +- Using our shipping accounts because our rates are great- just ships! without bothersome sales receipts/ inventory messes- gives me price and tracking info Similar to how we could ship in desktop for 15 years but just learned we couldn't do in Quickbooks Online after make the switch. We keep receiving the "Company File in Use" error again (happens at least once a week). After I force quit QB on the host PC, we were able to access QB. I attached a screenshot of the error messages received on my workstation and the host PC. Please note: I do have log files available that I generated at the moment I noticed this error happening.

Hi, I pay rent on a premises which is my biggest outgoing per month. I have noticed this is classed as a disallowable expense. How can that be? Can anyone advise?

If I progress further and look at the 1099's generated, I see that the actual form has their name, address, etc, yet I'm reluctant to hit the file button if the names are not showing on my screen. Thoughts?
