I'm on the Advanced plan of QBs Online. Is it not possible to upload or edit custom fields in the Vendor list using the Spreasheet Sync?

I tried ChatGPT and it tells me that after launching Spreadsheet Sync I should choose “Start from scratch” instead of “Use a template.” But this options is not available at all.

How do I determine why hundreds of import reconciled records are now showing up as error on my Reconciliation Discrepency Report?

Fenruary's reconciliation was dine. When I view one of the transactions I do not see the reason why it was deleted. There are literally 100s of records in this state.
