Can we set the default number of decimal places (say 4 or 5 decimals) when entering inventory purchases to avoid rounding errors?
I want to put a budgeted cost for all the works so that we know we do not spend too much on the project. I can only add a sales invoice to show the overall project budget but the money for this project comes from bank reserves so there is no one to bill. Can someone help?
eg profit 1000 less corporate tax 200 profit after tax is 800 how do you go about recording the 200 corporate tax in quickbook
Did they change something? It used to pop up in my payroll "to do" list during the month its due.
This payment is not yet ready. If I choose pay and file I get this message. We're making updates for this tax. It will be ready to pay before the due date, typically by the first or second week after the period ends. Please check back then. Payment due 4/16/25 and today is 4/13/25

I have 700 prices to update weekly. The API would be great, but I didn't get the approval from Intuit. Perhaps a trick how to update products without overwriting stock levels and product type and accounting information.
I want to customize my statement the same way I can customize my invoice. Is this possible ?
