I have multiple currency bank accounts and USD as home currency. I have categorized all the bank transactions. When I check the trial balance, the QB converted USD balances are not correct. For instance the bank account which has a closing balance as Zero shows a credit balance in trial balance after converting transaction in home currency
This payment could cover probably 4 to 5 months invoices of coming months. I also don't see Unearned Income (Current Liabilities) account when I open receive payment page.
When I want to open the chart of accounts, the application crashes

Our banking no longer links to our Quickbooks Online account after 10-24-22. There were no issues prior to this date. We have had many (almost daily) lengthy phone calls with customer support to resolve the issue. Each representative has tried numerous ways to resolve the issue to no avail. Each time the issue is escalated to engineering, no time is given for an estimate to resolve the issue, and no further contact is made to us by Quickbooks. We have had numerous case numbers listed as resolved, even though this not the case. A recent representative has said that Quickbooks has been in contact with our financial institution (Texan Sky Credit Union). According to the financial institution, no one from Quickbooks has been in contact with them. We have asked to speak to engineering, a manager, a supervisor, etc. and no one will allow us to speak to anyone higher up. This functionality is part of the reason we chose quickbooks online. Question:Non-USA Company Using QuickBooks OnlineMy country does not have a separate Quickbooks subscription.The USA subscription is closest to us because we are next door (Mali, city Bamako).This is a problem as it wants a USA State and Zipcode and it wants you to subscribe to Online Payroll.Question/Help1. How do we get around the State and Zipcode problem which is linked to taxes ?

I found the online instructions to "Import your bills in QuickBooks Online". However, when I follow the instructions and go to "settings" and "import data", the option to select "bills" isn't available. Why? I'm using Quickbooks Online Plus.
