How can I pull a report of all bills and then have a column that shows which purchase order a bill was created from? I know that I can open each bill and go to transaction history, but I need the PO# for hundreds of bills, so a report would be much more feasible. Thank you.
There is data, so this is incorrect. Seems like a glitch in QBO. Anyone know how to fix this. I have already tried clearing my cache.
The parent company I work for has 2 sub-companies, each using a different version of Quickbooks desktop. One uses Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise US version 18.0, the other uses Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise Canadian version 20.0. The US version has little grey arrows next to section headers of reports (like a Balance Sheet Standard) so I can collapse and expand sections individually. The Canadian version doesn't have these. Only the collapse/expand button at the top, which doesn't let me choose sections individually. Is this a difference between the US and Canadian versions? Is there a setting I just wasn't able to find in the Canadian version?

It happened suddenly Aug 6th. Previous to that, I had full descriptions of the transaction. I can't find any settings that would change this.
