Hi thereI enter my bills by entering them on a spreadsheet and exporting them into QB, because of the sheer volume of bills I have. Is there a way of allocating some of those bills to a project at this stage and exporting that data or do I have to manually enter each bill to record it to a project?
does anyone else's Car & Van Expenses show up as non deductible in there tax report on there quickbooks??

Hello I ran my payroll on Friday (19th February) - only 3 employees and all 3 received a payslip. The information in the Payroll tab is correct. However, one of the employees pay has not shown up in either the current bank account or the chart of accounts. The other 2 employees are there in the correct place. I have searched and it hasn't been posted in the wrong place either. Does anyone know what I can do to rectify this? Many thanks Kelly Foster
Hi please can someone help me get a clear answer on this topic as it very conflicting the information online. I have quickbooks uk self employed and this is my first year of being self employed so its all very new. I have a cleaning business and there is only me who works, so only myself that I have to pay. I wanted to know what I categories the wages that I pay to myself each month? Does it go down as the wages and staff costs category? Some things online have said to put it as owner withdrawal but then this adds to the 'profit', but its not profit as my profit is what's left after my wage and bills are paid. I want to make sure I get this information correct for when I have to do a self assessment. ThanksStacey
