I have tried to find the answer to this but to no avail. I am subscribed as Self Employed and cannot see how to create a quote? I am using the web portal mainly as the App isn’t great for my iPad! I assume its me being a little slow, however any help is appreciated!
We don't use QB for our payroll and now we've moved to online, the payments don't show in the Employees section like they used to on desktop. But the filter doesn't work either.
So I don't have to edit it every time?
Nearly all bills are from same supplier so have installed recurring template but am now looking to improve efficiency further by avoiding manually lifting data into each invoice.Just exploring what might be possible.
I am new to this so be patient please. I am looking at reports and it states that I have only one business transaction! Yet I have done several invoices...and these are for business transactions! I do not see how I have made them different? Can you help or explain please?
trouble with bank feeds working once I updated desktop software from 2016 version to 2019. Only updated because it was mandatory in order to continue importing bank date. Once updated bank-feeds didn't work. God message "Error Code: OL-301. I called BB&T bank they said it should still work since I didn't change any of the passwords or login info. Since it didn't they advised that I delete the bank feed set up then add it back in. So, I deleted the set up. When I went to add it back in the name of my bank does show up in the list, but then it's a total dead end. I click on "Branch Banking & Trust" and the next screen is where I hit the dead end. Just an info screen with instructions on how to log into my bank on their own website and copy or import info. Not what I'm looking for at all. What's the problem? What's changed?
