I have quickbooks on my desktop and have reviewed all transactions but on the app its still showing as needing to be reviewed?

I've searched how to do it but there's no option thag says manage users.
My transactions for review are not loading up, the screen just says please wait
Is anyone else having the same issues? Have used Quickbooks for almost 5 years, app has always had issues, but seems to be completely useless now.
Hi, I've called Quickbooks help multiple times in regards to a pop-up message that appears when I change my recurring invoices. The Quickbooks phone support team keeps informing me that they will report the issue and have someone from the technical support department look into it. I tried contacting Gocardless as well, but to no avail. Nothing seems to be getting done about this despite the fact that it has been happening for a few months. The issue: When changing recurring invoices or going into a customers invoice the following message appears on screen "! Your payment may not go through. Your gocardless does not support to make multi-currency payments. To enable direct debit setup for foreign currencies please contact gocardless." Recently, I've noticed that when this notification shows, it frequently ticks "Let customer make payment" and "un-ticks" the Direct Debit Scheduled. Hi this is for anyone who has Go Cardless linked to their QuickBooks. QBO has started flagging invoices created as having an error with Go Cardless. It states your Go Crdaless is not set up for multi currency transactions. However the issue lies in that the invoices are all in GBP and the DD option isn't even selected as the customer doesn't use direct debit. How can I fix this? It is very annoying.
