I have just bought the 2022 online quickbooks. I need to move over my 2004 desktop backup to the online version. I have looked through the community forums but can't find anything specific for my situation on how exactly to go about doing it. Some mention update to newer desktop which I cannot as its no longer available, and others creating reports. Could someone explain exactly what I need to do, I have 18 years of data to import! I’m looking to reset all my data and start afresh. I only set up my account a couple of days ago and was trying to play around with some eBay integrations but customers personal data has appeared when I don’t want it to be on record.(although data goes back more than 90days).
How do I figure out how to regain control over my account? They had full control over it previously
I work for an Accountancy firm which use QuickBooks but I'm assuming due to the size of the firm all clients have the highest package. I have some private clients and I'm looking to get them onto QuickBooks. Two are small non VAT registered so simple start package would suit them but I'd like to know if they can have access to QuickBooks as well as myself with that package. Thanks.

My Payroll tab keeps showing this error: accounts.intuit.com refused to connect :( QB support said it will be at least a week for this to be repaired (it's been like this for about a week I think already), but they don't seem to know any of the causes. I asked for a refund of this month as I can't even use the platform and they said no refunds. Does anyone have any ideas please? Our accounting period ends in Feb so will probably change after this month...just need to submit our final FPS!!!!
I often log into QBO 4-5 times a day. Every time I have to go through the faff of proving I'm not a robot and then entering a challenge code sent to my mobile. WHY? I understand the need for security and that, but surely you could allow me to prove once a day and then let me log in using just a password for the next 24hrs? Better still, seven days?
New user to QB Self-employed - I've got my mind around using the product, but would like to delete all the data entered so far and start again with a blank / empty version. Any clues, please?
I email all receipt to Quickbooks online via photos to reduce the hard copy filing tasks. I want to task the manual entry of these receipts into Quickbooks online to admin. I have created a user with supplier access (to limit access) On the Ipad all functions except the ability to add the cost categories work Online all functions work except for 1) selection of expense or receipt 2) cost categories Clearly there is a difference between the 2 platforms and secondly neither actually allow for a supplier administration to work?
Hi I have just signed up to QB. I signed up to an offer for £6per month. I have sent one invoice and already been charged £7.20. can anyone tell me why. I won't use it again and probably going to cancel subscription if it overcharges every month ontop of subscription price
Hi All anyone know of help with sorting a totally messed up account. Never worked properly entering payments twice created a credit card account that didn’t exist keeps duplicating entries when trying to remove total mess can’t work it out need someone to go through it see where the problem is help sort it out!! Tried usual contact from quick books all they do is whizz about do a few things then leave it. Need to understand what is wrong and how to stop it from happening. Can’t find any help in Google. Thanks so much
