I currently use QB Desktop Pro 2019 and am considering moving to QB Online. I have multiple company files on QB Desktop. It doesn’t look like the online version supports multiple company files. Is this correct?
I’ve tried also to download the trial version of QB Desktop in order to import my QBO info into QBD but I can’t even do that. QBO only exports in excel. Unless I can find a solution, I will need to change software, this is unacceptable. I’ve seen this problem in the community before from 2016 but it is still not fixed!
How I can make sure it is activated? In the email sent to me it says click on gear icon and then click on My account. I cannot see my account. Please help. Thank you

Hello, I am looking to start doing the bookkeeping for my and my husband's small business using QuickBooks, however, he had previously been using the QuickBooks account for the past 2 years or so for invoicing and had already linked the business bank account and credit card to QuickBooks, but none of the books were ever done using QuickBooks because we had outsourced that part to a bookkeeper who used different software. I would like to start doing the bookkeeping myself as of our new fiscal year of January 1 2023, bit am unsure how or if it is possible to start from scratch using the same QuickBooks account. We don't want to lose any of the invoice history. Is there a way to start balaning the books from the new fiscal year only? Thank you in advance!!

Hi there,I opened up a checking account which doubles as a line of credit. If I overdraft on my checking account, the line of credit kicks in and I begin to incur interest on the overdraft amount. For example, say my checking account has $100 in it. I spend $200 to buy inventory, so now I have used $100 from the line of credit and will begin to incur interest on the $100 I borrowed. How do I go about setting my accounts? I am new to Quickbooks so I'm unsure about how I can track an account that is both a checking account and a line of credit. I can confirm that any overdraft amount is considered as a line of credit by my bank, not an overdraft.
I restructured from sole prop to incorporated mid year and just updated my BN and name in QBO. I now realize I should’ve started a new company so I need to split my QB from the date of incorporation. After creating a new company subscription, what steps would I take?journal entries for transaction totals? Due to/from new company? What about bank accounts?
Hi, If I cancel my PRO TAX (T2) subscription, can I still available to view and download the tax returns I have filed before? Is there a time limit? For example, one year after unsubscribing, the historical tax returns will be cleared by the system or not? Thanks
was able to download invoices previously, i think it stopped working after i added accountant view to the account.
is there ANY other way to get in to QB online than WAITING for an email I don't get. Usually request at least twice, getting worse daily, today 5 times finally received once. And no I am not wanting to go through numerous other questions to get in.
Hi, I am paying my Quickbooks subscription through direct debit. My bank account details need to be updated, but the UI will just let me update my address and billing address. How could I update the bank account details (transit number + folio number) in the "Billing & Subscription" tab? Thank you very much for your help 🙂
