In the middle of the afternoon today, we were locked out of our Quickbooks Online. They just took our payment May 11th, we received NO notification and we can't even log in, it just says out account is disabled when we try to log in. I have tried support on live chat and via phone with NO response. Did this happen to anyone else?

Hi. I have a client who would like to use projects. I understand that I must turn on projects in QBO Accountant and that once it's turned on it cannot be turned off. If I turn it on in one client's file, does it affect all client files?

Hey Quickbooks community, First time user here.We do IT work for a company and there are two companies in one and they use Quickbooks desktop and shares files amongst computers and workstations.One computer for the one company called CFG-NEWMAIN is setup as a server to host multi-user access for a Quickbooks file and other workstations in the two companies. It has Quickbooks Pro Desktop 2021 installed. However, there is also a second computer, PHOENIXX-MAIN, setup as a server called multi-user access to another company file and as far a I am aware, the only computer that is supposed to access the second company file is CFG-NEWMAIN. PHOENIXX-MAIN has Quickbooks desktop 2020 installed. However, in order to access the file, they have to turn off Host Multi-User Access on the CFG-NEWMAIN computer in order to be able to open the file on the PHOENIXX-MAIN computer. I'm wondering if they upgrade the license on the PHOENIXX-MAIN computer to 2021 version, would that resolve this

I bought QuickBooks Premier desktop version a few years ago, installed it and set up the basic company information, then got overwhelmed.I understand more about business now and want to start over, but it says I have to keep the company I created.Is there a way to remove this company since no data was ever entered and start fresh without having to buy another subscription/program?I tried checking online answers, but couldn't find anything.

I am cleaning up the files from my predecessor, and there are a number of large QBW and ADR files. I understand these are Quickbooks Desktop backup files. We now have Quickbooks Online (as of about 3 years ago). Do I need to keep any or all of these files? Maybe only the most recent ones? I also feel like this is a question for someone from Quickbooks directly, not a community question necessarily (although opinions are welcome) but I can't figure out how to contact support save for the extremely useless "QB Assistant" that just keeps asking me to rephrase my question.
