I am planning to add a new location. I want to make all exisitng transactions with the old location (Old)Using the reclassify tool I can mark all the P&L accounts with(Old). There are four balance sheet accounts where the reclassify tool cannot find transactions with no location listed. These are all transaction prior to 9/3/2013.For my bank account I can look at the register and see transactions not showing the current location. In order to edit these, I must unreconciled, save, edit location, save, remark as reconciled. For accounts receivable, there is no wayt to see location in register view. I have already tried comining in as a new user on my browser.

Does anyone know how QB Desktop Intuit account can unlink from the application? And how to fix it so Admin login can edit permissions under user roles? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I actually have a complaint and can't determine where else to go to provide the feedback to Quickbooks. After working with an initial customer service representative by chat for 45 minutes and getting cut off by a required reboot, I began a second chat with customer service representative Segchris Price (Intuit QuickBooks Desktop Customer Care) yesterday and the representative just left the chat. My problem was not resolved and at that point we'd put in 30 minutes already trying to resolve it. They were asking me to right click on something that I was right clicking on. They became frustrated and just repeatedly pointed to the place where I was right clicking, sent me an email to do a right click, which I was already doing, and just left. Ended the chat. Wasted my time. I spent a total of 4 hours yesterday on my issue and finally got resolution by calling customer service and had a positive experience there. If this were my

I am unable to download bank feeds. Error message says, "You do not have the access to perform this action. To complete this, request access from your primary admin.". I am the only admin and I am signed in properly. However, F2 continues to show me signed out even though I am in fact signed in. I've verified my credentials, reset intuit ID setting many times, rebuilt my file, updated my file, and many other troubleshooting suggestions. After 2 months troubleshooting with QB helpline, I've learned that it may have something to do with my windows user. I created a new windows user with admin access and there I am able to access bank feeds again. This seems to confirm the windows user as being the problem. My QB file is stored locally on my computer and I made sure my windows user's security had full control permissions. I have added multiple payment methods as well and there are sufficient funds. This is a HUGE issue that has resulted in our subscription not being paid therefore the account deactivated... and also resulting in 941 payments not being made. UNREAL! anybody else having this issue?
My bank merged with another bank, so my old card used to pay my QB subscription no longer works. I am trying to update my card information with QB, but when I click through to Account and Settings it freezes up and the page becomes non-responsive. Sometimes the Account and Settings page won't freeze, and I can go to Billing & Subscription but that freezes up 100% of the time. This does not allow me to update my payment info. I have tried Chrome and Edge browsers, and I have tried from my laptop and phone. I did a live chat and the person could not help at all. I tried calling the number he gave, but the number said to login and go back to help on-line. How am I to resolve this problem?

We currently have a customer with several accounts where overpayments had been made on invoices. How do I get them their money back if I am unable to create a payout from payment screen?
I need Invoice to allow calculations for partial shipments to be based on quantity, not dollar amount. If I am shipping a 1000 units of something and 300 are on backorder. I want to be able to simply change quantiy to 700. Not have to get out calculator see what the total dollar amount is that shipped. I simply want to adjust quantity shipped, it updates the total dollar amount of each line based on that change of quantity. This is the most backwards way I have ever seen to adjust for parital shipments on the invoice. The simplest way to do partial shipments is for the DUE column to pull from Qty column. As the example above then it would read 700 of 1000 shipped. in no world does trying to figure out quantity shipped based on unit cost make sense. Simplest most convient way to do partial shipment calculations is to have Qty field the governing field for the DUE Column. Is this possible? The expert help line I
I have split from my accountant, I have all the tax information from the entire year but I don't know how to combine or add to payroll? Or is there a work around to complete a W2? Going back to the old accountant isn't an option. But I do have all data and need to get this taken care of before years end. Thank you very much
I just moved from quickbooks desktop to quickbooks on-line plus. In the desktop version, I was able to pick clients with past-due balances and able to apply late fees to those clients so they would appear on a separate line on their statement with the open invoices. I set up the auto finance charge part on the on-line version and when I go to send a statement, the finance charge does not show up. I prefer selecting individual clients to apply finance charges to their statements and not blanket financial fees on all clients with an open balance. I read multiple ways to do this through quickbooks and google searches with no luck
When I open the QB Web Connector and click the application and update selected, it comes up with an error message "Application requested to abort". I downloaded the troubleshoot software and ran that and it did not fix the problem.
