I can't get my products in CAMPS. 4 reps and nothing. I spent $1,200 yesterday on the PAP bundle and I have nothing.
My drop down menus are not working in QBO. I can't make an invoice for a customer because there isn't working or for the product/services in the body of the invoice. Also I went to match a check that came from my bank and when I clicked on it the vendor is not showing up at the top left and the bank name next to it. How does this get fixed?
Hi, I just subscribed to QBO Advanced and am preparing to import our company's data from QBDT Plus. Our online account is 2 days old. Am I correct in my understanding that I may experiment around in QBO Advanced with my company's data if I wish as long as I keep in mind that any new import from QBDT to QBO during the 60 day window will completely overwrite the company file? For internal reasons, we may not wish to make the permanent transition for a few weeks and I would like to work in QBO in the meantime. I am aware that 60 days is a firm cutoff and I know how to keep an eye on that clock. Thanks, Tom

My client was having issues with his QB 2023 and when he called for support the only option they gave him was an upgrade to 2024 (these are desktop). Not sure why he didn't ask our firm for help... however now he's stuck with QB 2024 Desktop. We are currently using 2023 in house at our accounting office. I went onto our Camps.intuit.com account to download and install QB 2024 so I can look at the backup copy the client sent me. Normally all the QB versions are listed for download. I do not see QB 2024. However I do see "PAP Enterprise Software Bundle" . I assume that this is the link I need to use to get QB 2024?? I follow the steps and when I get to the Download options, I see no option for 2024. Any thoughts on how I get 2024 Accountant? I need to be able to assist our clients when they are forced to upgrade and to look at their files at tax time.
did forgot password option for admin, went through everything then i get unable to reset the quickbooks administration password at this time. i tried the password reset tool and same issue. did a chat with QB and all they did was try to upgrade me to 2024 at $700 yearly
I have tried to log into Camps.intuit.com on three different browsers. My password is accepted and then I get a blank screen. I can see that something wants to appear for about a second and then nothing. I have cleared browsing history. I was just trying to do the silly 2024 Desktop update that was advertised in an email. Not important but, why is there always a problem for $1300 a year. Any tips on doing the update would be great. Thank you.
Before I started - someone in previous years made these entries (see attachment). They balance to $0.00 in the customer - however, because they aren't LINKED together, this customer shows up in late fees, open balance reports etc - how can I get this to clear off?
I have tried three times to send the invitation via QBO. Accountant has not received an invitation. Address is correct. Not in Spam or Junk.
I have a single user license in Desktop Premier. I would like to buy another license. Can I do that with Premier? Or do I have to upgrade to Enterprise? Thanks!
So I downloaded Quickbooks Desktop 2019 version and someone told me that a ProAdvisor can use it for free. Where can I find the license number/product number? I need these two to successfully install it. Thanks,Ruzzette

My clients send me an accountants' version of their file and I'm required to log into Intuit every time I open it. Is there any way around that? Every day I open the file and my client gets an email and has to give me permission. I can't change things since it's an accountant's version so why do I have to log in?
I have added a new admin in the manage users window and verified it, but the admin is not receiving the emailed invitation.
I'm setting up the "Online Simple Start" for my nonprofit, and I'm trying to following the instructions for "Set up and record in-kind donations in QuickBooks Online". Under "Step 3: Create a clearing account", it states to "In the Account Type dropdown, select Cash and cash equivalents". However, this doesn't appear in the dropdown for account type. Is there another account type I should be looking for? Or is there a way to add new account types?
I cannot verify my email address. We've contacted our email host and Intuit but they have not been able to figure out why a verification email either isn't being sent or isn't being received, so I have no way to verify my email address. The TransactionPro app won't work without this verification. Is there any way to bypass or override this?

Does anyone know how to set up a team member without them having access to my firm's financials? I know how to give them access to specific clients but there is no option to turn off even view only access to firm deposits and financials. Thank you!Carri
Not sure what more details are needed, we were working through reconciling, and we feel being so far out of balance the best thing to do is backup. I hear this is possible, but I cannot seem to find how?
