can I have read only access after cancellation of the account?
I need Income & Expense /budget Performance as well as Balance Sheet. I can attach copies of what we previously got from QB Desktop
The Transaction List by Tag Group Report is very important. Sometimes when entering transactions, it is easy to miss adding Tags... especially since there is NO setting to prevent saving without a tag. So, I run this report and Group by my tags to get P&L's and such. However, to make sure the P&L's are complete, there is a filter called "Ungrouped tags". That is so very important because it is an Audit feature to make sure all your transactions have Tags. However, this report is not working. I have followed the instructions to clear my cookies and cache. I even had a support rep on the phone. Can you please help me figure out why Ungrouped tags is not working. I know for a fact that it is not working because I found transactions missing tags in my register. Currently when I run the report, it says "This report does not contain any data". Well, that is wrong.
I have a large company file. The file continuously crashes and I have to rebuild the file. So times we lose work completed. I called QB Support and they recommended contacting a QB expert and Archive a certain number of years of our data. We have tried a condense, with no luck. Does anyone have experience in this?

I use Quickbooks because my accountant demanded it. I do not use the payroll, to not do online banking or billing. Very minimal use - a spreadsheet would work fine but then I need a new accountant for a volunteer run organization which would require more work than I am willing to do for free.In Nov 2021 I purchased Desktop Pro Plus 2022 at Staples for ~$250. I just got a subscription renewal notice from Intuit for $549 - more than double. Do I have to upgrade to 2023 if I am such a minimal user? Will my 2022 cease to open or more to the point, what happens when the year is up?I know that years ago you could just keep using these programs.
I recently upgraded from Quickbooks for Non-profits 2021 to Quickbooks Pro Plus 2024. After the upgrade, the synch will bill.com was working intermittently. When I called bill.com support for help, the support desk advised me to delete bill.com from the integrated applications under preferences>integrated applications and the reinstall the synch dashboard. I spent quite awhile on the phone with bill.com support trying to get the synch to work (open their synch dashboard, then open Quickbooks, then allow changes on the drive). The error I receive every time says 'Open the Quickbooks company file and synch again.' I do notice that there is still no bill.com option under integrated applications and I think this could be part of the problem. I cannot find any instructions on how to add bill.com as an integrated application in Quickbooks.
Hi,I am missing the first 15 days of my bank transactions in QBO. I tried the following: New > Bank Deposit. On the form, I select checking, added the date missing, Account - Uncategorized and the $ amount, then Save.When I go to the bank transactions, I do not see the entry but I do find it in the check register. Apparently, I'm not doing something right or I'm not looking at the right location for the data just entered.Thanks

I always did my bank reconciliation this way since my bank does not connect to QB on line. Now I am not able to import my bank account to reconcile my accounts.

All my bank transactions are up to date and categorized correctly as expenses, owners draw, etc. when I run a profit and loss report though, it shows and section for expenses and that section shows nothing??
