We receive payments through PayPal with multiple line items that need to go to different accounts. In the past, when I change the option from Sales Receipt to Deposit and then click Details, it would bring up the information already input into the different line items and all I had to do was input the account numbers and classification. Now, it isn't bringing any information in. It will pull in the details if I do a sales receipt, but I'm not inputting products. I need the account numbers instead. Please let me know if this is not going to be fixed and I need to go through and try and add products for these types of deposits we are receiving. It takes a long time to enter the specific details that were coming through before.

Hi, I am just wondering if anyone else has had extremely poor experience with QBO Customer Support Agents. I just spent forty minutes in chat only to be handed off to another agent who asked my name, reviewed the chat, replied that I need to ask the company syncing with QBO my question, and immediately ended the chat session before I could respond. In my chat, I had already mentioned asking the other company customer support the same question and had said that I am looking to verify the understanding. I attempted another chat session with the intention of getting a customer support email address to make a complaint and then spent another forty minutes with an agent in chat who kept insisting that she needed more information before she could help, only to tell me that there is no support email and the only contact method is phone or chat. I had let this agent know my desire for email was due to time constraints in my day and the need to resolve this issue not being extremely t
how do i activate my QB workforce account. Its telling me to head over to Quickbooks.
Can not make customers or vendors inactive with these unbilled charges. We need Engineering Services or Data Services help with this issue please. SOS
In my chart of accounts, can I change (example: SBA Loan Payback) from its current "account type" as Credit card and "detail type" as Credit Card TO: an expense account listing? I receive a caution bubble telling me if I make the change my reporting could be affected. Will it?? Any help is appreciated!

Is it possible to allow a user role to access only ONE SPECIFIC account in the Chart of Accounts....or are permissions/access to the chart of accounts only on an "all or none" basis?Thank you!
Hebert fence QuickBooks had us do the upgrade. My money is not showing up in my bank. Normally I could get it instantly. I had four payments yesterday and still no money into my bank.

Hello! I want to share my experience and see if someone else had something similar. Someone contacted me from QuickBooks - I skip his name, but says Exectutive Account Manager, offering to schedule a call about 2021 desktop service being discontinued. I confirmed the time considering switching for Online service. No one called me. When I reached out to QuickBooks Sales department, I was told that the person who contacted me is no longer with the company, however, his calendar is still active and takes phone call appointments. I was not offered to go over the issue of upgrading, that person could not even find my account.... When I asked if I can speak with someone of the next level, I was put on never ending waiting...Not a good feeling about this service... I have been with QuickBooks for 20 years all together.Is it time to switch for something else? Or, it was a one bad luck situation?I would appreciate other memeber to share there experience. Thank you!
Hello Community, I've recorded a bounced check through the payments registry of a tenant. I selected the bank fee associated with the NSF. The reactivated invoice shows up as to be paid but does not have the bank fee on it nor is an invoice generated on the individual's account to be able to recoup the fee. The general journal entry has both the rent amount and the NSF bank fee on it with the tenants name associated with both. I'm using QB desktop for Mac plus 2023 v22.0.6 R7Thanks for your help.
I was switched from Intuit Payroll to QuickBooks Online Payroll. Presumably, it is still not possible to merge my new Payroll account to my existing QuickBooks Online Accounting accounting. (I need to sign out, and sign in--with the same credentials--to switch between my accounting and payroll accounts.) So, I need to export all my payroll transactions to my accounting. For the last two months, I've had an error and cannot export. At all. I can't even access the export settings. I've also been told there is no workaround. So, I've been manually entering every single line of every payroll check and payroll tax entry. It is extremely time-consuming and disruptive, and I cannot believe it's been months with absolutely no communication. I am checking in with customer service once every week or so, and still being told that QuickBooks is working on it. Is there any update on an ability to merge the payroll account with the accounting account? Is there any update
