Bank register is not in date order and therefore not showing running balance.
Good day, for the last 20 days I have not been able to get live bank updates from Standard Bank. Has anyone else had issues? I have requested help from Quickbooks, but they don't have an answer. I have done the usual, clear history, reset the signin info, but nothing. Has Quickbooks made contact with Standard Bank in South Africa to check if their programming is correct?

I received emails this morning advising that the issue (155) with Nedbank had been resolved. BUT when there were first issues, I disconnected my Nedbank accounts in an attempt to resolve. Now I am unable to reconnect them and get the error 155A and a message that Nedbank blocks QBO! So this issue is NOT resolved as far as I'm concerned. It has been more than a month now! What is being done?
I have been struggling for a month and I feel like deleting my account as my books are behind with a whole month! Can someone please offer a way to solve this problem. It has been like this since I originally started with my business in Quickbooks.

how can I reinstate and old customer account and make active again
Hello, I recently imported information from my old desktop QB to QBO. I have an issue with the opening balance of the CC account. The CC account was opened in June 2018 and the very first transaction made was June 4, 2018. However, it shows a large negative balance that supposedly exists before this date. I tried adding an opening balance entry for $0.00 but it didn't change anything. I'm not sure what the problem is. I have attached pictures.
