bank feed update were working fine until a few months ago. Now updates are not pulling in all transactions. I called HSBC and they cant help. Tried different browsers etc. My CCard is now disconnected on HSBC even though shows as connected on QBooks.
Anyone else not able to post on this topic? "Connecting with Starling Bank account" The cynical side of me would say the topic has been locked, but if others can post then I guess it's just my account :) This is the error I get every time I attempt to post.

HOW DO I DELETE A TRANSFER
Some of my transactions are showing as zero payments when they shouldn't be, how do i correct this? I have deleted csv and uploaded it again but it still comes up as some transactions showing zero.
