I'm using QuickBooks to record the transactions of my two companies, and I have already connected my bank accounts to QuickBooks. Typically, the bank accounts appeared in the banking section like tiles. (check screenshot 1) But recently, It has changed when logging into one of my companies. (check screenshots 2 and 3) The issue was with only one company.When it displays like a tile, I can easily recognize the bank balance of the account and the bank balance of the QuickBooks and the difference between them. Can anyone explain what happens here, and is there any way to change the view of these bank accounts?I appreciate any help you can provide. Screenshot 1; Screenshot 2; Screenshot 3;

Ok so i maybe feeling a little on the slow side today, but please bare with me!I now take card payments in my store which is great, so when I sell something in store it goes on QB as a sale...and shows that its paid, however when the card payment comes in a few days later...does it think im getting the income twice??Also Amazon...When I get payments from them (every 2 weeks) Is that double showing as income? Thanks in advance!

I can no longer connect and download from Barclays Bank
I appear to only be able to reconcile for the total period the account has been open
Next day, I post more entries, and the "Difference" disappears.
EG. Open credit card in June, spent on it and paid them off, the paid transaction is in my current account on QB, but as its been paid, when i match it to a credit card transfer, it gives me a minus on the credit card account as ive added them and reconciled on the 31st July, its pulled all transactions from the credit card from when it was opened at the start of June
Hi, Up until about four months ago, both my Co-operative business account and Virgin Money credit cards were successfully connected to QuickBooks. The last transactions successfully imported from Virgin Money and the Co-operative Bank were on 23/03/20. I was about to disconnect both accounts, but was put off by the message within QuickBooks instructing me that my historic data would then be lost. I know for a fact that the Co-operative Bank doesn't hold THAT much historic data, so if I were to disconnect it, I wouldn't get all the data back that I currently have in QuickBooks. Is this a known issue? Can anyone suggest a solution please?
I linked my bank account to quick books and want to remove my bank but can't find a way to do it on the app.
STATMENT ACCOUNTS
Every time I try to connect to Santander it takes me to Santander (uk) I select the account in Santander then it takes me back to quickbooks (self employed) and then I get an error and asked to try again.
It’s a new QuickBooks account
Hiya, we have received SMP from HMRC for an employee. What category should I choose for this income when reviewing the banking transactions and how do I log it in terms of VAT? Thank you Iv
