I just checked in on my account and noticed that my Etsy hasn't updated since August! This has never happened before. I refreshed it and still nothing happened. How do I fix this?
Our bank connection is not updating since last week.I tried the help article to re-connect, however , our bank account shows up but as a new chart of accounts , I concerned if I added it , it will mess-up the current bank transactions. ( the bank account is there , just no updating) It's Bank of Hawaii and I am not sure what is the problem
What is the current fee for bank transfers? It used to be 1% of the transaction with a maximum of $15.00 that would appear on my end as an Intuit fee for US users but now I'm seeing $20.00 charges instead. Is this new? Has it changed to $20.00??
I am trying to resolve why there are missing bank transactions in bank feeds that are on the bank statements. i set up the new account with bank of america in July and no problems everything reconciles and suddenly about mid September there are random missing transactions both credits and debts. For example purposes - the bank statement lists 3 deposits on the 23rd but only 1 is in QB Bank Feed, 5 deposits on the 27th and only 1 in QB Bank Feed and so on. Same thing for debt transactions. Customer service called me back and told me to do direct feed and upload manually. All that makes sense if there is a definitive date when it stopped working or if bank feed returned errors etc. But like I said these are random transactions not missing days of transactions. I have not got an error message either. help
First Horizon started transmitting the transaction description instead of transaction detail into QBO, which is zero help at all (so all that comes over to QBO are ACH CREDIT RECEIVED, MISCELLANEOUS DEBIT, ACH CREDIT RECEIVED.). Is there any way to correct this to show the transaction details, which has all the info that normally comes across in a bank feed?
I have refreshed my connections with bank, account balance is reflected properly but not all my deposits are pulling into my self-employed - all my debits are though
A client paid us, and the check bounced. In my bank account, this is what that looked like:11/4/24: deposited check for $25211/7/24: return deposited check, -$25211/13/24: deposit new check for $252 I followed the instructions here: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/receive-payments/record-returned-bounced-check-using-expense/L4O144llZ_US_en_US three times through. Each time, my Profit & Loss report now shows a $0 balance for Unapplied Cash Payment Revenue.11/7 Expense, -$25211/4 Payment, $252Cancelling each other out and equaling $0 I think this happened because of Step 2 in the instructions, where you take the initial payment (11/4), un-match it from the original invoice, and rematch it to the new Expense (11/7) you created in Step 1. How do I get the Unapplied Cash Payment Revenue to go away? Did I do something wrong? Or is this just standard?

Does anyone know how to reconcile bank accounts when sweep accounts are used? We started using sweep accounts with Key Bank and I'm not sure what to do with the debits and credits that are being downloaded into quickbooks online but I have been unable to reconcile for several months now. As of now, I have been excluding them all but the ending balance on the sweep statements are $0 but clearly that is not accurate as there is money in the accounts. Please let me know if you need additional information.
When I enter a sales receipt, the item always shows up on the bank deposit so that I can deposit it.For some reason, my sales receipts are not automatically showing on the bank deposit screen. This has never happened before. Is anyone else having this problem, or does anyone know how to fix this problem?
How do I change a PDF bank statement document to a QBO document so I can upload it into Quickbooks?
Where and how do I enter the "Statement Credit Adjustment " for a VISA credit card when doing a monthly reconcilation?
I have had nonstop issues with transactions not properly synching and TurboTax does nothing to fix it ever, always requiring me to manually fix this.
I've already connected to Chase bank multiple times and disconnected the two missing accounts in the Chart of Accounts. When reconnecting the bank and ensuring the accounts are active in the Chart of Accounts, the 2/3 accounts are still not showing (only the checking account shows, not the two credit card accounts).
Is there a trick to Citi Business Online?
Deposit into my bank account
I've transferred funds from a linked savings account into three new certificates of deposit. The three transfers show in QuickBooks from the linked savings account. I have not recorded the transfers in QuickBooks as I can't figure out how to show the new CD accounts to use as the destinations for the transfers. How do I create the new CD accounts in QuickBooks and reconcile the transfers?
Hi! I have recently tried twice to deposit a client's check via mobile deposit to my Quickbooks Checking account and I have received an email that both attempts have been unable to be accepted. The check meets all criteria (name, not exceeding allowed deposit amount, signed, etc) so I am wondering what I should do next to resolve this issue? Thank you!
Hello, I had made a payment to a vendor using chase bank bill pay from our business account. the check was lost in the mail and returned uncashed to chase bank. They returned the funds to my business account, then reissued the check and sent it back out. Now in my banking feed, I have extra transactions that I do not know how to match. Can someone help me figure out how to properly enter this series of transactions? Emm
I linked my bank account to QuickBooks and a couple of months are missing from the transaction record. They show in my bank account. In QuickBooks it shows June and then skips to September? Everything from September until now is there. I tried relinking and same thing. If i have to Ill enter them manually but was trying to avoid that
