Vendor called and cannot deposit check paid through QB bill pay program. I don't want to pay $1.50 to reprint the check. How do I get the check re-run?
Looks like there are gaps for a few weeks, so it's still linked, but I'm not sure what's causing the gaps?

Hi Need some help please. We give loans to clients paid back over 12 months. I need help to allocate the loan correctly and then to allocate the replacement - capital plus interest correctly. Can i somehow create a running statement for clients by creating an invoice for the full capital and interest and allocate the payments to the invoice? Any advice would be much appreciated.
QBO is not always doing the math correctly. Sometimes I put in transactions and the total does not match my checkbook until I refresh the QBO screen. Who programs this thing anyway?

Hi, I have noticed since wells Fargo has changed there CC from Visa to Master Card that my accounts are no longer linked, and says Can't find this account. But when I log into my bank the numbers are the same as in QB. I cant be the only one having this trouble. ThanksSteve
All funds received are posted to the undeposited funds account. When I go to Make Deposits, QBO will only allow me to select one bank account, the QB Checking Account. We only receive some monies into that account, not all. It's a PIA to have to continually transfer in and out of this account to move the $ to the correct checking account. Any ideas why I'm limited to only one account here?

Access to reconcile an account has changed. How do I access the earlier version of reconciliation?

I selected company contribution/employer match and entered 3% but nothing is showing on the employer part of the pay stubs. Do I need to add something in my Chart of Accounts and correlate it with this feature somehow? Thank you!
i am trying to update my bank password and quickbooks is saying my password is to long.
Or What is the name of the bank to add my QuickBooks checking account to my quick books online?
